Best Plumbing System in Raleigh NC

Had two pipes burst due to cold weather on Sunday night. Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing Came out quickly and repaired both issues. He also let us know about a few other issues that we might want to take a look at. He came back the next day and fixed one of those as well. Great attention to detail and quick response made a stressful experience much better!! Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

Amazing service, very reasonable price, personable, and timely response. I was so impressed by the ease of scheduling last minute, the prompt response (we called about a non-urgent matter and they had a technician at our house within an hour) and the very reasonable charge for fixing everything. I hope we do not need a plumber anytime soon, but when we do, I know who I will call!

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.
Job not completed.

We have engaged Midtown for two major jobs. I can't recommend Midtown highly enough. Great communication. Fast accurate estimates. Friendly, professional techs who work efficiently, always making sure I'm aware of what they're doing. We've found our plumbing provider.

Hayes was very professional, courteous, and helpful in answering our questions. Being new owners of the house, he explained our system. He also explained the service checks he performed. We were very pleased with the service call.

Atrocious service after the sale. I scheduled a service call for a rental property. They gave me a 9am-12am window. I waited at the property beginning at 9:00 am. I called at 10am to see where I was in the queue. They said, I apologize but we may not be able to get a technician there by 12. They should have let me know they couldn't make the scheduled time without me having to call.. Then they called at 11:30 and said we have a technician on the way. I drove back over there. Then they called at 12:00 and said. I apologize but we had to send your technician on another call. I asked them to give me a time of their choosing and they said I had to wait for the remainder of the afternoon until they gave me 30 minutes of lead time. If you have a job, children or prefer to do anything but wait for a repairman to maybe come or not, then do not use Weather Master. They are disrespectful of client's time and their obligations. At the very least if they know they will be late they need to communicate that to clients so people are not waiting for someone with no intention of showing up.

We have a leak in a bathroom sink which Eugene D via Daniel “repaired” 8 months ago. Brand new parts were purchased and they installed.

The entire assembly came apart this week and water was leaking worse than before. Eugene’s response was to share that we were way past their labor warranty and offered an even higher price to come out and fix again showing no concern for what seems to be poor workmanship the first time.

I was persuaded by all the great comments here to use this outfit. Would you expect a sink with new parts installed to work longer than 8 months? I do!

Edit as of 8/17: we received another response by Eugene D, blaming the situation on the new parts. While trying to defend his work he admitted that they knew the product we had bought from Lowe’s was not good and wouldn’t last, but since we didn’t ask, they installed it anyway. This of course gives them the chance to charge us again for the same project. In my experience, this is not someone who will partner with you when/if anything goes wrong.

Fair warning: it seems most of the glowing feedback on here is immediately after the project and not months later…

I can not say enough about Almighty Plumbing. They addressed all of my plumbing issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their pricing is competitive and best of all you are getting the extensive experience of a Master Plumber as opposed to a technician or journeyman. I highly recommend Almighty Plumbing!

Great and timely service. Easy to schedule appointments

Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I highly recommend Cape Fear, and thanks again Kevin!

My girlfriend absolutely wrecked my garbage disposal in an unfortunate culinary misadventure. I was certain that I was going to be on the hook for a costly replacement. However, I got in touch with Peaches Plumbing and they showed up to diagnose and fix the issue within 24 hours. They were prompt, professional, thorough and courteous. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
