I've given Dustin from Urgent Care Plumbing all plumbing responsibilities since early 2016 (both emergency work and scheduled finish work). Excellent service! We had two separate plumbing issues at once and were referred to Fasco thru our 2-10 warranty. The technician explained issues thoroughly & did excellent work. Vicky, in the Fasco office, was super helpful and got us on schedule quickly, then followed through every step of way. Very positive experience!

What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

When my water heater died on the weekend, I searched for local plumbers and was happy to find Golden Rule Plumbing. Joseph took time out of his Sunday to give me an estimate and schedule me for first thing Monday morning. Very professional and what I believe to be above and beyond service. I highly recommend!

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

Aaron is a quality person and a better plumber.

Contact this company for work and they seemed extremely uninterested and the person that called was rude! I do not recommend working with someone so unprofessional.

I could tell these men love their job.
Both of them were putting the unit together in the crawl space singing.
I was happy when they should us the finished work and how to operate it.

Scott was great, fast, up front about cost and cleaned up the mess when he was done. My well had sprung a leak and he had to dig. He did so quickly and refilled the hole. I plan on using them in the future when a beed arises.If you want fast friendly service they are the ones to call. Found my leak late on Friday afternoon and they were here the next morning. Thank you Scott for a job well done.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

The service was done quickly and effectively. They were able to look at the problem and fix it in the same day. While price was a little high for a good fix, there were options for a quick fix (~$400) or long term solution (~$1500). I was also made awear of any issues that could arise as they were unable to enter the house. Overall it was a good experience and I will be using them again for the long term solution when I have the money for it.

Michael was fantastic! Our hot water went out and he responded quickly, came to the house the same day, gave us a lot of good information and options, a quick turn-around time to schedule the work and three estimates of options; all at no cost to us for his visit!
