I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I called them at 715 am and they were here before 9am. Polite and professional pulled out my old water heater in the attic and replaced it in less than 3 hours. Top shelf service.

Quick response and very professional employees. They finished much faster than I expected and were very understanding I was on work phone calls most of the time.

Kenny showed up on time to do the repair work on my two toilets. I just wanted you to know that Kenny did an outstanding job. Kenny was professional, engaging, efficient and informative. Not only that but he showed real respect for my situation. When I let him know that I would be keeping my distance and wearing a mask, he showed no displeasure. Add to that, he came into my home wearing a mask (which I did not request); and he wore his mask anytime he was in my home.
So Kenny fixed the running toilet, starting working on the leaking toilet but let me know he could replace that one TODAY. So now I have two working toilets! Outstanding!

Rakeem installed a hot water tap and reverse osmosis system 1.5 years ago and he did an excellent job. He comes out every 6 months to change filters. He also fixed a shower drain that was leaking because the builder installed it incorrectly. It has been working great since! He is very professional, fair priced, and responsive.

I had a lesak in my front yard so I called them to get a quote on replacing it. They were able to repair it instead of replacing it. Thanks guys.

Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

Plumbers were quick to respond to our call. Had to have water heater replaced. They were courteous and answered all our questions. They let us know when the parts arrived and came quickly to remove and replace our water heater in just a few hours. Price was extremely fair.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
