These guys are awesome! Owner was one of the guys that came to my house. Very polite and courteous. Wore booties and cleaned up everything before leaving, no stress. Very very good about explaining everything that's going on and helping you stay in the process if you wish to be. Up front about costs and honest. My go to plumber for the foreseeable future!

I scheduled 3 jobs on the same day with them. The employees showed up on time...They were very professional, maintained social distancing, and were wearing masks...they did a great job on installing the water heater, and also installing the new kitchen sink hardware and the new shower hardware....I could not be more pleased.. Great same day service from Tom at a fair price. Even helped troubleshoot on the phone before they came out. Everyone from the office staff to the crew made it a pleasant experience.

Showed up Thursday after waiting all day, finally after 4 we’re told they have to come back Friday because parts for the ac unit is frozen somehow in the middle of summer. We wait all day today Friday and call at 4:45pm to confirm they’re still coming out and are told yes. We received a voicemail after 6 saying they won’t come out until Monday now even though they do weekend appointments. The tech called us again and didn’t even have an excuse and said he won’t be here until Monday but he’s also the weekend tech. Very unprofessional and I highly DO NOT recommend them. Young kids in the home and tons of family coming in tomorrow Saturday.

My technician was great made me feel comfortable and explained the whys behind what I was needing. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to take advantage.

Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

Charged a fair price, showed up on time, were neat, personally and professionally courteous. They wore masks (we asked for that when we signed a deal) did the work in a reasonable amount of time. Couldn't have asked for better. I recommend them 100%.

We called Carolina plumbing to install a toilet that we had already purchased from Lowes who gave us a price of 176.00 to install with delivery. We couldn't agree on a good time line so I decided to bring the toilet home and call a plumber on my own, I called Carolina plumbing and told them I needed a toilet installed and remove a second triolet to check the flange he never said what the cost would be. after they did the job he gave a ridicules' price of $580.00 and told us that it would cost us to replace the cracked flange another $582.00. I was shocked at this price I called the office and the person I talked to said he would come over the house and check it out. That never happened he called back and said that the cost has gone up after he talked to his INCOMPIDENT workers that were over my house. I am 83 yrs old and have done many handyman jobs
and would never take advantage of anyone. I had already checked on the cost of the flange at 20- 40 $ I paid the ridicules' bill for the toilet installation and said no to the added repairs. The next day I had two plumbers from Rocky Mount come over and replaced the triolet flange and remount the toiled at a cost of $150.00 which included labor and materials. The people in charge need to be more observative of what their incompetent help tells them about the cost of jobs. I can never use or recommend this company to anyone in good conscience.

We were in need of a plumber quick as I work in an office with two other ladies and couldn't use the bathroom. I called Anthony and he was out fixing our toilet in a few hours. He really came to the rescue for us! I would highly recommend AP Plumbing.
