He came the next morning after I called him and repaired a leaking pipe under the house, replaced two faucets, repaired a faucet and replaced parts on three toilets. I have worked with Dustin twice. First he replaced my faulty water heater, the second time he replaced my faulty toilet. Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company contracted with Fasco to acquire and install our new one. Vickie went out of her way to speed up the process and they got our new one installed promptly. Easy to work with. The service guy was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and carefully as our hot water heater was inside an interior closet. I can highly recommend Fasco.

Called Jayks and immediately got a response. Although appointments full for the day he got out to my 91 year old Dad during lunch hour. Couldn’t be more grateful! My Dad is disabled has only one toilet and the best I could do for him was to cut the water off the hugely leaking toilet. Jayks went above and beyond and charged him only $45. He’s a hero in my book! Thank you Jayk!

I would absolutely 100% without a doubt use this company. They are absolutely professional they know what they're doing they are honest it's hard to find people in different businesses like this they go through the process with you they show you and tell you exactly what they're doing their customer service is impeccable if you call or text they will call back immediately they go above and beyond. It's too bad that all these big companies who just want to lie and take money from you give these people that are working so hard on their own businesses to keep it in the area so we have people we can call on that's what I love about them they're honest. Mr. Allen the owner he's out there working along right by his his employees and the two guys that came with him to detect our problem after one of the big mainstream companies came out lied about our problem said they did something they didnt an charged us $600. Thank goodness I found GoldenRule Plumbing. I'm sorry my post is so long but I want to get across that if you need any type of Plumbing work or whatever other work that they do I would highly highly recommended all you have to do is look at the other reviews when I was searching for somebody to do plumbing around the area two people came up one person had one 5-star review he had over 52 reviews and they were all 5-star. The only one problem I wish they were able to do a little bit of everything :-) as to my heating went down and some other things around the house so if I could hire him to do everything that breaks down in my house he'd be the company in person that I call 🙂. I believe the two guys that came with them and I want to say I do apologize if I get it wrong but I believe it was Michael and Sean you guys went above and beyond as well as the first gentleman that came with Mr. Allen the first time they came out I didn't get his name he was kinda quiet but very professional and nice as well. I want to say thank you so much to all of you all. My dad thanks you as well and hopefully we'll be in touch to finish up some things. But you guys are a one if I can write you a thousand stars I would. Mr. Allen is a straight shooter and doesnt sugar coat anything. My water heater was close to twenty years old and in need of replacement prior to family visiting in a few weeks. I contacted several plumbers for quotes and Eugene was one of the few to respond. I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.
