Not a lot of reviews on these guys but don't let that dissuade you, they are new to the area I believe they said less than 3 or 4 months. I chose them because all of their reviews were recent and great and mine is no exception. Chris and Joe were professional, friendly, reliable, and quick to please. Came out same day I called. Fair price and was able to explain what was going on to me. Will use again for my next plumbing need, thanks fellas!

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

Mr. Brooks Pulley from TCR Rooter spent an entire day rerouting the plumbing for us to move our laundry room from downstairs to an upstairs closet. He was on time, professional, and did great work.

We just bought a house that was built in the 1970s and has had some unconventional work done by previous owners. Each time he ran into something wonky that he had to work around, Mr. Brooks explained the situation to us clearly and made sure we knew our options and were okay with what needed to be done.

He had to take up a large section of attic flooring to investigate the old pipes and to run a drain, and he put it back together for us before he left, which was unexpected and very appreciated. He even added insulation to our water lines since the previous owners had left them uninsulated.

After he finished the work, he showed us what and where everything was. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. He also gave us advice for the other kinds of work we would need done, and explained what we would need to watch out for during the rest of our project. Very happy with Mr. Brooks and TCR Rooter - will definitely use them when we need any plumbing help in the future. Highly recommend.

Daniel Brothers did an INCREDIBLE job on our home remodel project and my family & I could not be more pleased. Our house needed A TON of work and we had no idea where to start but Bryce was able to help bring our vision to reality!! Kevin Glasingim was great; came on time and did a good job with my HVAC checkup service!

Called William Parrish and within 30 minutes Nahu was at our house. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour... he also pointed out that our water pressure was extremely high, which could damage some of the systems in our house, and that the valve used to regulate that pressure was old and not able to be adjusted down any longer. He replaced that valve immediately. Nahu was extremely informative and courteous.

Keith and William were very professional, competent, and courteous. We would definitely do business with this company again!

I also had electrical work done. Each technician has been thorough and professional. If I have not been prepared to have a service performed at that time, I have been given a quote that was honored at the time I wanted the work done. The maintenance program is also helping me to stay on track.They will return calls and provide tracking service and pictures of personnel. They wear masks and booties.

Johnny Reaves was our technician today. We had a problem that he diagnosed and fixed completely. He was very courteous and efficient. Hope we will have him for the next tuneup. Thank you Johnny.

Carolina Plumbing & Repair has come out to my home twice now. Each time, they have been on time, professional, and courteous. Most importantly, they do GREAT work, they do it quickly, and the prices are more than reasonable.
