Two days before Christmas my garbage disposal and pipes under my sink just fell apart. Dustin was at my house within two hours and had a new garbage disposal installed, everything working, and even checked a few things for me as a courtesy, like my water heater and water pressure. I appreciated his prompt response, his courteous demeanor, and the fact that he got everything fixed in time for Christmas!

Terry and his guys saved us twice in about a weeks time! We just bought an older home that came with a list of issues. First they unclogged our kitchen sink drain which turned out to be a much larger chore than expected. Never once did the guys complain, they even had to get on the roof to unclog the line. The next time I called they replaced my water heater same day service. Terry has some of the nicest guys in the business. They are all very friendly and professional and they get the work done no matter how tough of a job it is. TCR will be my go to from now on!

We procured Daniel Brothers to complete our kitchen remodel. It took a little longer than we wanted it to, this was partially our own fault for picking kitchen hood that was hard to obtain, but Jacob and Slade did whatever was necessary to make the project right. I would definitely use them again for a future remodel due to their quality of work.

I needed to have a garbage disposal replaced, called to get an estimate. The agent was courteous and advised that they could not give a quote over the phone. Not even a ball park. I was expecting a quote for this simple job maybe a couple hundred bucks. The tech arrived and was very courteous and took a quick look and went to his truck. Came back with an estimate of $445 to do a simple replacement. I already had the new unit! I feel like it was a rip off to pay $90 bucks for nothing. I don't need an inspection of the rest of my plumbing in the house. I should have just replace the unit myself, which I ended up doing in less than 2 hours. So while your customer service is great, the actual pricing is ludicrous. I won't be calling again.

The plumbing work Eric Grimes performed was actually pretty good, however the customer service provided by Eric and his manager Brian Wood was not. I paid $105 to Bolton in “diagnosis” fees 2 days before this plumbing work and I would think that was the purpose of the diagnosis and the results would have determined what needed to be done and the level of effort. I asked for a quote on the cost, and he said it would come in at $750 for the plumbing work for the entire job parts and labor. My wife had no idea until Eric came and asked for her credit card and she was not provided a receipt, even though she asked for one. He said it would be emailed to us. It took multiple requests over several days before I finally got a receipt and when I saw the invoice and amount charged on our credit card I was surprised at the total invoice in the amount of $1173.34, a 56% increase ($423) above what we had been quoted, with no explanation. I called and asked Eric for an explanation but he would not provide one, said I needed to talk to Brian Wood, the service manager. I asked him multiple times, and then he referred me to Brian Wood, and it took five days before you finally got back to me with an explanation. Brian stated I looked over the invoice and spoke with Eric and there was some work that was above standard. They had to run new water lines to facilitate the install which required an additional man and material to get it done. With that being said I do feel like the charges are in line with the work performed. I felt strongly that I should have been entitled to a full refund of the $423. Brian did refund $110, but I still feel strongly that the increased level of effort and cost should have been discussed during the diagnosis phase which we paid $105 for, and discussed with me and my wife on site, and the charges explained. This is why I believe that a full refund of the remaining overcharge of $413 is still appropriate. We have been Bolton customers for over 25 years and we have never been dissatisfied as we have with this incident.

I want to thank him for handling my customer service complaint responsibly and professionally, and I appreciate getting the refund. I am disappointed by the service. I have a service contract with them. They claim to have mailed me a service card in the mail (which I did not receive) and when I offered feedback, they brushed off a suggestion about a different reminder system.

Jason called us the day of our appointment to give us an estimated arrival time (which we appreciated!). Once at the house, he and Steven were courteous and professional. They assessed the job, diagnosed the problem, and completed the work promptly. They were fantastic and the price was very fair. We will absolutely call Jason again if we have any other plumbing issues!! Job well done!
