This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

Definitely recommended. I called after I had struggled to get through to and schedule a well-known plumber whom a friend recommended, pretty concerned because water was gushing up out of my front yard (think artesian well) and creating a waterfall into the storm drain, & sweeping huge amounts of sediment into the creek on my property line, despite my efforts to control it, shut off water to my house, contact the city, etc. (As a water scientist, the creek part bothered me, but also, of course, I was afraid I was running up a huge water bill.) Jayk's answered promptly and came right out. The poor guy who got stuck with the job (might have been Louis, but this was a year or two ago, and I forget) neatly and persistently dug out probably a few cubic meters of my front yard (and didn't even kill the plants in my straggly garden like the AT&T cable-laying folks did in the same area) with a shovel, in what I remember to be rather intense heat, and remained calm and good-natured through the whole ordeal. By exposing the pipes (and which way the water was flowing, via which holes continued to gush), he was able to demonstrate that the water was coming not from pipes that belonged to me, but from a city water main with an unusual bend into my yard. (Under, or at least nearer the street is normal.) The folks at Jayk's charged me a ridiculously low price for this service (way less than usual for a plumber; can't have covered their expenditures) because they hadn't been able to actually solve the problem; they can't mess with the city's pipes. However, Jayk's gave me the evidence I needed to persuade the city government to check their maps, realize that I actually did have a city water main in my yard, and send out a team to fix it, which was an entertaining production involving five or six jolly guys and a backhoe, but only about twice as much earth movement as that one guy from Jayk's did on his own by hand. Remarkable.

Chris is an excellent technician with a thorough understanding of different plumbing systems. He is highly skilled and is the epitome of professionalism. Overall a great experience hiring Benjamin Franklin. Highly recommended!

We hired Midtown Plumbing to replace our leaking hot water tank with a tankless water heater and everything from start to finish was awesome. Stephanie was responsive from the office and scheduled us right away for a quote. Jason came out and it was one of the most through quotes I've gotten. It was also one of the most reasonable. He walked me though everything that would need to be done and took care of any questions that I had. He was prompt and functional. On install day, both Jason and Matt were communicative through the day of install. Both of them were great. Finally Jason showed up early the next day to setup for the inspector and came back when the inspector was done (with no issues!). Highly recommended Midtown Plumbing and will be using them again when we are looking for other work!

We had a leak under kitchen sink. Eugene came promptly and diagnosed problem quickly. He made necessary repairs and we were back up and running in no time. His fee was very responsible. Highly recommend.

Honest Plumber! On Time, and courteous I had a kind of musty smell in two sinks in a bathroom. When the same smell came from the toilet area, I thought there may be a big problem, that would require a big payment. Schwartz plumbing came out - ON TIME and assessed the situation. of course there was no smell when he arrived, but I wanted to get to the root of the problem. he told me that if I didn't use the tub in that bath, that perhaps something could happen to create a smell - I don't recall what it was, but he was correct that the bathtub in that bathroom is not often used. He did discover, and showed me where there was a very small leak in the toilet. I was prepared to pay a lot. Instead, I paid a very small amount for the small leak that I could see when, looking behind the toilet. I will always use Schwartz plumbing for jobs big and small

Josh and his team went above and beyond to respond quickly to a pressing plumbing issue we had, worked with us to accommodate us being out of town, and most importantly did high-quality work at a fair price. They get my highest recommendation.

Receptionist wasnt very friendly when I made the call to request service. The expression of you only get one chance to make a first impression is true. I decided to call another plumber for our plumbing issues.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with Rotorooter. Damon arrived on time and did extensive detective work to help clear our drains. He was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to other customers!

I am disappointed by the service. I have a service contract with them. They claim to have mailed me a service card in the mail (which I did not receive) and when I offered feedback, they brushed off a suggestion about a different reminder system.

Andrew and Jason were easy to work with, transparent about what I needed, communicated thoroughly at every step of the process, and helped me out considerably with damages caused by a flooring installation.I had purchased an older home and needed several different things completed. My estimates were fairly accurate, and when anything changed, I was notified immediately. The work was done in a timely manner and exceeded my expectations. In addition to all of that, they went the extra mile to help me- I had flooring installed prior to my plumbing work being done and when the installers removed my toilets, they caused a significant amount of damage. Your Service Pro provided me with a separate estimate which only included the repairs directly caused by the damage, a detailed explanation of how/why they could say with certainty that the recent toilet removal was the cause, and they included pictures that were labeled to show the damage. This extra work they did provided me the documentation I needed to be reimbursed by the flooring company- which totaled over $2000.
