Shout out to Luna for the awesome service! After just a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong, and was quickly able to locate the buried pipe and fix it. I had a plumbing emergency, called my home warranty and then called Fasco to make the reservation. They were able to fit me into their schedule and they came out just a couple hours later and fixed my problem. Also, I have seen some reviews of people saying they do not respond or pick up the phone, I called twice and both times I was able to talk to someone after a ring or two.

When you've got a hundred year old main line, backed up water, screaming kids, mother in-law calling with suggestions, Jayk's your guy to save the day! Knowledgable, great service, and gets the job done. Wifey came home, Jayk's got me looking like a hero #winning

Very responsive, Joe scheduled an appointment quickly after the request for service. He arrived on time and promptly made the repair. He stands behind his work, highly concerned about doing and making things right!

Excellent plumbing service at a reasonable price at my rental house in Garner. Have had 2 service calls taken care of -a major leak in main water line repaired and later had toilet valve water wasting leaks repaired quickly. Would highly recommend Golden Rule for honest assessment and resolution of plumbing problems. Will definitely use Joseph for my next plumbing job.

Bill from Midtown did a great job for me. I have a sewage pump in my basement and Bill was able to get me a new lid for the tank, replace the pump and repair/update the pipes as needed. Bill called me and explained how it was better for me to wait a day for the lid he ordered and then fix everything at once to same me time and money. So on the 2nd appointment , Bill showed up on time, explained everything, gave me accurate estimate and did a very good job. I asked him for his card so I'll remember to call Midtown again if/when I need them.

All these things I mention I was unable to communicate with other companies when I was calling around for a plumber. Midtown phone operators explained to me I could buy my own sewage pump to save me money and time on the installation. Other companies wanted to supply the sewage pump which then they up-charge me a price.

Overall great experience with The Art of Plumbing. From diagnostic to problem solving to finishing, the job was done right and on time. Eugene took the time to explain the issues and what options were available. In the end, our problems were solved and we now have a plumber in the area we can trust for quality and service.

I have used Schwartz Plumbing since 1993 and the consistently prompt and professional service has continued over the years. Pedro replaced two toilets and ran a camera to check for any line problems. He actually arrived early, explained every aspect of what he was doing, educated me about best practices for care of my plumbing without making me feel inferior. Pedro was great!! It was easy to schedule the work, the plumber (Mitchell) was friendly and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job on our kitchen sink, and the cost was very reasonable. I've had Westover Plumbing come out for various plumbing issues around my house. I have an upstairs bathroom sink that has never drained well. I have even had another company try to fix it but the fix was temporary. Now it has been several months and it is still draining well! On the same trip I asked them to look at my water heater in my crawl space. It takes forever to get hot water. Glen the owner called me back and said that due to the age of my water heater, he did not recommend doing anything about it now. It would be like making a software upgrade to an iphone 2. I really appreciate the honesty.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Called about a clogged washing machine drain pipe and they said they could not give a quote over the phone, would have to give it when they got here after they saw the problem. When he got here he looked at the pipe and said he could snake it for $334. This is a basic clog, he did not inspect it with a camera or anything, just looked at the pipe and said $334 to snake it. Seriously, if your clog services start at $334 for the most basic service, don't waste people's time with an appointment and making them wait on you to get here. You may be able to rip some people off with that charge, and I know you think you have a better chance of having someone agree to that insane price once you've weaseled your way into their house, but my recommendation would be to not call these folks in the first place unless you want to pay well over double the market rate. The plumber was very polite, I think tactic is a company policy.
