Cape Fear (and Kevin Blasingim specifically) saved the day today. We woke up to no AC with the temperature rising pretty quick. On top of that we had on and off thunderstorms all day. Kevin arrived during the time they said, set up a canopy by our AC unit, and diagnosed the problem in no time. He took the time to explain the situation professionally and showed that he knew what he was talking about. He had it fixed and up and running very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s great knowing my kid will be able to sleep comfortably tonight and that we were taken care of. I highly recommend Cape Fear, and thanks again Kevin!

Have used Bolton for replacing a water heater (7 years ago) and other plumbing work. Prompt, professional, plumbing service, that listens to your specs (asked them to install a 2nd sacrificial anode to prolong the water heater life, they used the water heater brand and model that I wanted, and followed my choice of plumbing material for other work).

Lee is fantastic and came to my house the same day I called to get us a quote for the HVAC system. He really took the time to explain all my options and really helped to meet my financial expectations in this crazy economy. Installation day was fast and the installation team was friendly, helpful and efficient. They even mailed a thank you card to our house after the installation and you just don't see quality customer service like this any more. I am so happy I called them.
