Pat and Will came by on a Saturday afternoon. Could not have been more satisfied with the service. They inspected the furnace, diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a few minutes. Excellent job! Could not have been more happy with these two very professional and courteous men. Thank you again.

Cape Fear does a terrific job each time they come out whether it's for maintenance or new installations. The technicians are top notch especially Kevin B. Kevin did the maintenance service on one of the units today and did an amazing job. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and shared a few good tips for prolonging the legevity of the units. He answered all my questions and genuinely cared about doing a great job. A+ for Cape Fear.

Torrie Jones just did our HVAC Spring Maintenance. He did a great job. Called to let us know when he would arrive, didn’t make a mess and informed me as to the condition of the systems, all with a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.

Chris was very organized, thorough and friendly! He did a great job and would love to have him back again! He even cleaned the coils and out side of the HVAC units!

After several companies tried to up sell me on what I needed for my new HVAC Unit Mandolin came in and quoted me a quality unit at a great cost. I would also give the Installation crew a 10/10 as the quality of the install was excellent. If you are in need of a new unit for a price you can actually afford call Mandolin.
