Best Hour Emergency Repairs in Raleigh NC

Called TCR Rooter & Plumbing and scheduled an appointment the same day for them to come out and fix my leaking toilet. The appointment time passed and they didn't show up or call. Ended up waiting all night long (over five hours after the appointment time which was set for 3:00PM) - still no call; eventually went to Lowe's and just fixed it myself.

Have not heard back from them to this day.

PlumbV exceeded my expectations! The initial phone contact with Marcus was quite pleasant and PlumbV had appointments right away. I received emails with visit details including a pic of the plumber! Richard who did the work was professional, friendly, and very neat. He worked hard to find a solution to a problem with a non-standard drain, driving several places to find a part that would work saving me research, down time and a second trip and bill. The charges were reasonable high quality work. I would readily use PlumbV again.

I loved working with Mike! He explained all the issues and solutions in terms i could understand which I really appreciated. He was able to work with my schedule and fix our water heater, shower, and a loose sink. I'll call Mike for any future issues we have!

I had a terrific experience with Raleigh Plumbing & Heat, who recently replaced our leaking hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater. From the initial visit, they gave us options, were available to discuss the best solution, and quickly outlined a plan.

This water heater replacement wasn't an easy project, but Dan and his team certainly made it easy for us. They handled everything from electrical to gas company to permitting, taking all the complications away. They communicated efficiently and clearly, explaining every step of the process.

So my tenants called, which my lease states I will not be responsible for outside services, the man came and inspected and said I don't have time to do this now, came back next day and said he could not fix unless he tore up walls and cabinets, so he put $20 shark bite cap on and it still leaked. They wanted $305.92 and didn't repair, turned us, the landlords into collection agency.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Anthony came to our house thru old republic home warranty co. Home owner beware, DO NOT call him! What a scam! He came on 2/10 to fix a few leaks under the house. Came in initially saying he didn't see any leaks. Really!!
I told him that the my husband, the inspector and our contractor both had seen several.
Finally said he saw one. Explained that the shower valve was also not operating correctly and leaking. He replaced the shower valve having to go out and come back with one. Leaving one of the screws hanging out!
I'm also asked him to fix the leak in one of the master sink faucets. This was not covered by the warranty co. He claimed to have fixed the leak charging me an additional $125. In addition to the $75 show up charge. The inspector came back to check the repairs, the faucet handle came completely off not secured properly. And only one leaking coupling was repaired.

He came back today to fix the faucet, well an hour later calls and said it cant be fixed and he would see if he could find a replacement handle. The handle as not broken prior to him fixing leak. HE broke the handle and want to charge me for another visit and parts!? I could have purchased a brand new faucet for $59 at lowes! Find yourself a qualified LOCAL plumber, not this guy from New York!

David and Terrence at Mandolin have gotten me out of alot of tough scrapes. Always professional and willing to work me in their schedule if there are slots available when emergencies arise. They are my go-to contractors for everything HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. I do not use anyone else.
