You really have to be careful with this company. Make sure you get everything in writing and you understand what they’re going to do. Lesson learned, I don’t think I would used them again.

Josh and his crew helped us out when we discovered the gas line to our oven was improperly installed. Josh was very easy to work with, personable, up-front, fair, and responsive. That means a lot! I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I walked out Wednesday morning to find water gushing up in my front yard. Mike responded to my emergency call with alacrity, and had identified and fixed the problem within two hours of my call. In addition to being highly capable, I found Mike to be extremely personable, as well. I would absolutely highly recommend him and his company to anyone!

They added plumbing fixtures so we could move our laundry from the basement to the upstairs bathroom. It was tricky but they had the experience to get it done correctly. Wouldn't use anyone else. Wonderful folks and great service.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Mike is the best in his field. He is very responsive and does high quality work. In addition to repairing a water leak and installing a toilet, he has also helped me get my kitchen fitted for a gas stove. He is the best you will find.

I would like to commend Mr. Edwin Lazo for the outstanding service he provided. He was very professional and a great communicator. I needed to replace the aging water heater in my attic and Edwin suggested a tankless water heater . He did a great job describing the costs and benefits and what he would do to install the water heater. When it was time to do the job, Edwin was prompt and explained everything he did. The finished work is beautiful. I am 100 percent satisfied. It's great to work with such caring professionals as Mr. Edwin Lazo. He's a very good and honest plumber.
