Awesome plumbing company. The guy who owns it is great. Very reliable

He installed a water heater but was not the brand we agreed upon. He had every opportunity to tell me he was installing a lesser brand but didn’t. The price was the same. This company is a scam. Never again

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a non emergency leak and they came the next morning as promised. Hal Petrosa was fantastic! Fixed the issue and did a great job at clean up afterwards. Will definitely be using them and him again!

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Paul worked late on Saturday to replace one of our water heaters and then returned on Monday to replace the other one. Extremely professional and helpful. He kept us informed at all times about what he was doing and was very punctual.

Devlin was so Personable and explained in Laymen's Terms what the problem was . He had it resolved right away. I would definitely call them again and request Devlin.

My wife and I have known Joe and Kelly for many years, Initially, we had an emergency situation when having our kitchen remodeled and discovered we needed some plumbing work done in order to keep the job moving. Joe was super responsive and quickly addressed our needs. We've since worked with Joe on a number of plumbing jobs from small to large. After discovering a leak in my crawl space I called Mike to see if he had time to come have a looksee. He immediately told me his availability FOR THAT DAY and when he came he discovered the leak was from the water shut off in the house and he commenced to promptly fix it!! Mike has converted a bathtub to a shower in our home and other smaller tasks, he is quite adept at his trade and personable too!!

I had them install 4 commercial toilet repair kits they did a great job and were very quick. I believe it took him 20 minutes total. I do recommend Raleigh Plumbing a Heating.

I cannot share good enough things about PK Plumbing. On time, above and beyond when it comes to communication, and so helpful to work around my schedule. I am an electrical contractor and work in customers’ homes all of the time and I will just say PK plumbing has service that can’t be compared to any other plumbing company I’ve experienced.
My wife told me that we will not be using anybody else from this point on when it comes to plumbing needs or issues.
