Wes came out in a timely manner to fix our shower. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and didn’t make me feel small for not knowing anything about plumbing. He will be my go-to plumber. So glad I found him.

Inital work fine but removed a closet door with no notice to me then did not put back on. Scheduled 3 visits for then to rehang and never showed for the scheduled times and will not respond to texts or voice mails.

I'm really lucky I've discovered the Art of Plumbing team here in Raleigh. It's so difficult to find a real experienced and responsible plumber here in the area. We had a lot to do in our old house kitchen (instead of move-in house we accidentally bought ourselves a project last month and now all we're doing is solving problems - some of them is plumbing related). Eugene and Dan did the job professionally: precise, polite, responsible, with attention to details. Very reasonably priced. I couldn't wish for more. 5 stars, guys. Thanks a lot! Initially had an issue with Cape Fear Air Conditioning and Heating Company, but once I made them aware they quickly rectified the problem in a professional manner. Very impressed with their customer service and seeing how they do value customers I would def. give them another shot!

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Plumbv saved the day! Tragedy always seems to happen when I have company over for the holidays. They were here within a couple hours the evening before Thanksgiving with a new waterheater and were still reasonably priced. Their employees Keith and Desmond were very nice and did a great job too. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Had multiple issues with less than five year old house we purchased new. Kyle came and exhibited tremendous knowledge and patience in investigating where error was. After isolating issues he obtained the correct tools and parts and kept working until he resolved everything and returned our system to perfect working order. It now works better than it has since it was completed and we moved in. Kyle and his teammate were courteous, professional, and very focused on doing the right thing. They listened carefully to my description of what the problems were and connected all the dots to find a solution that resolved them all. They cleaned up completely so that when they left, you could not tell they had been here. I am a customer for life. Job well done.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
