I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I can no longer recommend this company to anyone. I have had a maintenance agreement with them for almost 10 years now. While they are all very courteous and prompt to deliver service its the actual service I have issues with. First it is VERY over priced but what are you to do when you have a heating or AC unit down and don't have time to shop around to get it back up and running. Their maintenance agreements do nothing other that give you a small discount from my experience. Additionally, when they do their seasonal maintenance on the system you can count on one to three week following that you will have system issues that you will be charged for. I would recommend finding another company to maintain your heating and AC systems.

I had my 20 year old HVAC inspected and serviced by Steve Snell and John. Both arrived on time, were very professional, and informative. Steve took his time to walk me through different options, different costs, industry standards. John explained to me the components of the HVAC and the functionality of different models. They both took their time with me and were able to answer any and all of my questions. Great customer service!! Would highly recommend!!

We ask for Andrew personally because he's very detailed in his work and we feel confident with his work; he's concerned about doing a good job and offers good recommendations about what he thinks needs to be done!!!

Got an issue with roots growing into the sewer line. Matt came. Very professionally showed me what we can find using the camera. He helped break the roots using drain jetting tools and solved the issue. Also helped scheduled for the pipe replacement. Very good and timely service.

Reached out to Bolton Service that evening and by the next morning, we had a technician, Billy Soares, at our home to assess the concern. Billy was more than professional. He was polite. He was courteous and when reviewing the cause of the leak and the price to repair the issue, he transparent and explained everything fully. Moreover, Billy was quick in resolving the issue! I would highly recommend Bolton Services for any plumbing concerns that you may have with your home.

We can't say enough great things about Sonny's! Jason fixed our water heater super quick and explained everything very thoroughly to us. He was extremely professional and friendly. You can tell he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about your comfort!
