What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

We were very pleased with the work and advice of Richard Santer. We had been told the day before by the yearly examiner that our upstairs air conditioner compressor was not functioning, so we were delighted with Richard's discovery that it just needed freon.

Recently purchased a new home and contacted my past rep William. As always he was right there to help me and my wife. We had him schedule a basic maintenance/checkup on our system so we had peice of mind with the system. He came out with service guy just to make sure we where all set. He didn't have to come out for the service but he goes that extra mile to make sure we are always satisfied.

Reggie did a great job for us, making several suggestions on helping to improve the longevity of our HVAC units along with advising which were priorities versus which could wait.

Stephen R. And his team were very accommodating to our strict scheduling demands to get our system fixed without disrupting our business operations at All 4 Paws Animal Hospital. Since we opened 5 years ago we have had to run our air conditioning year-round to keep the treatment area of our clinic comfortable. Our reception area was a crisp 68 degrees while our treatment area stayed a muggy 76 degrees year-round. The company who installed our system wanted over $200 just to come out and see if anything could be done to fix the problem less than 1 year after they installed it! Cape Fear charged less than half that to assess the problem, then were able to guve us a low cost solution. They did all the work within about 3 hours and arrived and completed clean up on time so we could continue to see patients and clients seamlessly. Now our entire clinic maintains an even, comfortable temperature of 72 degrees and I will save money by running the AC less and not having a space heater running in my reception area all year! Thank you to Stephen and his team as well as the friendly and helpful receptionist of the Cape Fear Raleigh office! Highly recommended for home or commercial HVAC repairs/install/maintenance. If only they did electrical and plumbing!!!

If you are considering Blanton’s Plumbing for water heater maintenance, please consider my experience with them. I called Blanton’s inquiring about the cost of flushing my water heater. I was informed that a tech could come to my home for $109 and do an inspection and evaluation, after which, packet prices could be given to me. From research, I knew flushing would cost between $75 to $200, so I agreed. When the tech arrived, before he got started, I let him know I knew about the $109 but wanted to know how much was the flushing. Responding, he asked me, if I was told how much it would cost. I told him “no.” The tech politely told me the cost was $320 which did not include the $109. Ridiculous! If I had known it would cost that much, I definitely would have told them “Don’t bother coming.” Instead, I had a tech standing in front of me, whom I was expected to pay (whether he does anything or not) based on the sole premise that he came to my home. The problem I have is not with the tech but with Blanton’s deceptive practices of customer service. Intentionally not informing me of prices to get the tech to my home in order to obligate me to pay at least the $109 is not good business practice. I did not get the flush. I did, however, have the tech fix a leaky faucet which still cost me close to $400. Just know, if you need plumbing maintenance done, shop around.

This company sent Harrison to my home 30 minutes after I called about a water leak. He was quick, efficient, and professional. They sent email confirmation of the appointment and notification of his arrival time and handled the payment electronically. I'm very pleased with their quick work!

My experience with Bolton was EXCEPTIONAL.

We had another company come first (which we had seen advertising recently on TV) to help with our rather simple electrical repair request. The other company was a total rip-off with the diagnostic and repair quote (giving a crazy high quote for repair before they even knew what was wrong!). So then we called Bolton as they have been a well known Raleigh company for years. Tim the Bolton electrician was thorough, polite and professional. We felt taken care of by Bolton (unlike taken advantage of by the other company) and will always call on them first for assistance in the future.

This is the best place ever to get your HVAC work completed from. I had an emergency issue with my unit leaking in my ceiling. Ben came out and fixed it very quickly and explained the issue to me. I felt confident the issues were fixed properly and the price was amazing. They're not there cheapest but not the most expensive. Great quality and very reasonable. I recommend them to everyone.
