What a great experience. They showed up on time and performed a lot more than expected. Just for a hot water heater flush they checked all of our fixtures to make sure we didn't have any leaks.

We also had A/C service. Explained what they were doing and what repairs were necessary. Answered all my questions and were extremely professional.

I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Update: I used Your Service Professional again for a larger job. We were installing an outdoor kitchen and needed someone to do the gas and plumbing for the grill and sink. It was another great experience. They finished on time and went the extra mile to make sure it was done right. They kept us informed about when the water needed to be turned off, how long we would be without water and when it was back on. Great overall experience and I will continue to use them.

I would highly recommend Airmakers to anyone needing service/maintenance on their heating/cooling system(s). Their level of service and expertise is excellent; the service technician (Walt) that came out on Friday (April 12) was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. MUST READ:- Our old AC unit had issues and thats when one of my friend recommended Cape Fear. With them we replaced a new unit.
ANDY came in and did the measurements and gave us quotes with 3 options. He also took into account and considered the previous works done on the old unit and quoted accordingly. He was very understanding, knowledgeable and straight forward.
MARTIN and his buddy came in to Install the new Unit. They did a fantastic job on Installing the unit. We had many HVAC unit works and installs on our other houses, but they always left a mess upon finishing. But Martin, cleaned the attic, staircase and the surrounding areas as exactly how it was before.
Unfortunately the drain pipes were clogged with rust and dirt, which actually shut off the new unit at night. Called Cape Fear and spoke to KEVIN the office Manager and he immediately send a tech late at night.
MARK was the tech who came in and took care of all the issues, and even adjusted the pipes for better flow. Mark is a highly skilled tech and you can see that on his job.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CAPE FEAR - If you are shopping around for a new HVAC unit, then I recommend you consider Cape Fear and please speak to **Andy** and things will become easy for you.

I can’t recommend this business enough. My water heater broke and being without hot water (especially with teenagers in the house) was no fun. I called many places that couldn’t even come look at my problem for another 4 days. When I scheduled with Michael & Son, I was able to secure an appointment a few hours later. Josh was my technician and he was professional and knew what my water heater needed right away. He clearly explained my options and found my part under warranty (saving me money). But more than that, Josh was kind, and empathetic to my problem. He expedited my part and gave me his contact info so he could install it soon after it arrived. It’s the next day and I’m so happy to have hot water now! Michael & Son (and Josh) now have a loyal customer in me!! I will be calling them for all my service needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my home. 🥰🏡

Timothy Hair did an exceptional job. He explained everything to us. Our toilet had to be replaced and he made sure that we received what we needed in a timely manner. I applaud him and Blanton’s for a job well done.👍🏽👍🏽

These guys are great! My heater went out and I had another company come out to give me a quote, and I had Sonnys come out to make sure it was what I was quoted for from the other company and they were able to save me about $300! I am so glad I found them! Definatly using them again!
They also worked with me to find a good time to come out. They were able to work me in at the very end of the day. (At 2:30)
