Best Furnace Maintenance in Raleigh NC

Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

Absurd, obscene, appearing unethical cost of parts – Airmakers charged me literally 10x the typical cost of the part they replaced in my air conditioner. The part is a common capacitor that is available from a/c part stores or just Home Depot in the $10-$40 range, yet Airmakers charged $276 (the part number is TP-CAP-50/5/440R if you would like to independently verify cost). Additionally, the part they installed looks used, or that it rolled around in the back of a truck for a year, picture attached.

On the plus side, the technician was courteous and arrived quickly, and the service charge was billed as they had said on the phone.

Nonetheless, I do not recommend Airmakers due to the abusive charges for parts.

I always use Service Experts to maintain my AC and Heating equipment. They provide good and reliable service. Last visit was for Heating maintenance. Rockshawn Jacobs, the technician (Tech 737) arrived on time, was professional, did everything quick and with confidence. I was very satisfied with the service.

On 8/1/2016. Called in the morning, and Repair scheduled for the same afternoon. AC needed repair and Rassie arrived right on time.Problem found right away (inevitably, a starting capacitor). Fixed quickly and cleanly.Great Service_______________________on 8/8/2016 I had arranged a followup visit for a complete AC system check. Chico arrived, did a great job checking all electrical systems and confirmed that Freon load was completely in-spec. Made some observations of things to watch out for in the future.Another Great serviceBoth service staff use protective booties when entering, to avoid tracking in outside mud & junk. Now that's a great idea all companies should follow.

Only negative was poor scheduling. Told me they’d be here at 8:30, I had to call and it was revised to 10:00, I had to call again and ultimately work started around noon.

We had a new unit installed for our second story two years ago (2020), we had fabulous service from the start. Two days ago (June 2022) said unit failed, Air Experts responded quickly, the technician, Drew, arrived early, was very knowledgeable, knew what it was immediately and was proactive when it came to avoiding further issues (things just aren’t built like they used to be… customer service and trustworthy technicians are crucial). The whole team took care of us to get us back up and running in less than 24 hours… this is why we continue to recommend Air Experts to friends and family.

Excellent perffesional service. The technicion well verse, on time, diagnosed the root cause of the problem, provided the resolution. The reported problem was resolved, area clean up, hod well done..If I have any other issues with any water repair or plumbingissues...I will definitely call PLUMBER+ AIR..Highly recommend.

We have been with Bolton Service going on 26 years, and some Technicians are good and some are just ok, but Bill S. is GREAT ,AND NOW I HAVE FOUND A SECOND ONE THAT HAS BEEN TO MY HOUSE ON THE LAST TWO VISITS Aaron S. he always goes beyond what any other Technician has ever done in the past. Aaron S.always explains things and the other day while working on the Outside AC unit he smelled Gas and I had to call DOMINION ENERGY to get a Technician out to fix the Leak, then Aaron found where the contacts on the relay was not making sound connection and was able to find a problem and fix it before it broke and would have caused more money and headaches.
I would like to have AARON S as my PM Technician from here on. AARON has a great work ethic and it seems like that is becoming more rare today.

Nick, the technician from Air Experts arrived on time and was friendly, courteous. and professional. He explained what he was doing during the maintenance call.

I have used Sonny's for our back flow inspection for the past two years. Just the other day I contacted them for a leak in at one of our rental properties. I told the lady/dispatcher that I needed someone ASAP. She kind of laughed but then the next day I got a call from Dave and he had it fixed within 30 minutes. HIGHLY recommend them!!
