Weather master was the company that warrantied the plumbing and HVAC work for our new construction from Dan Ryan Builders. We had numerous home warranty issues and I've probably had over 7 different techs and spoken to over 6 different people at their office over the last 12 months. Each and every time I was greeted by courteous and professional office and every single technician that came by was respectful of my home, property, and generally enjoyed working for Weather Master.I run a marketing agency so I talk to business owners every day from all different industries. It is rare to have a company culture where employees love what they do. As far as I can tell, Weather Master employees are just that.Most recently, I would like to specifically commend their team members such as Sterling, Brandon, and Josh. Again, everyone has been wonderful and they have a customer for life.I have one more pending issue with A/C vibrations in the wall but I am confident they will resolve this, same as the rest.UPDATE: Frank and Matthew took charge and were able to get to the root cause of the AC line vibrations/hums in a timely manner.

I want to say thank you to Chase Westmoreland for the service he delivered today!!! Very acknowledge young man, he took the time to explain the issue and offered solutions and give me peace of mind.

This was my first experience with Air Experts and I am impressed. They worked in my appointment two days earlier than expected. Communication was great and the service was done right the first time. Price was very reasonable.

I reached out to request a water heater inspection. Very responsive to my request for service. Polite and efficient technicians. Inspection appears to be good quality. Time will tell. Will use them again.

Linwood Mosly was the Newcomb serviceman that came to my house. He was right on time and provided excellent service. I am considering replacing some of my toilets and Linwood took stock of the three toilets and advised me on estimated installation costs and also some other details and advice on what to order, etc. He also took care of a minor problem I was having with one of the toilets. I'll likely be replacing some of the toilets and I'll choose Newcomb for that service. Thanks.

Tony was very helpful and explained everything perfectly. Our air was not working and got it up and running very quickly. I hope in the future I can have him service our system again.

Not sure how their service is but they sure are jerks behind the wheel.

My apartment complex hired Mandolin to fix our A/C system and I'm so glad they did. They are extremely professional and polite plus did really good work. Highly recommend.

Called Sonny's 8 business days ago. When I called for a status got the standard contractor refrain: We're swamped, others have a higher priority, etc. Was told someone will call when they are on the way out. A pretty sloppy way to do business rather than have the courtesy to give the customer an appointment time/window. Based on my experience Sonny's does not appear to value homeowner business. A painful lesson learned for me.
