Jimmy and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC and mini split. They completed both jobs in a timely manner, cleaned up and answered all of our questions along the way. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified and professional company to work on their home.

We have a clogged drain and set up an appointment for today over the weekend. We were told that we would be called this morning between 9am-12pm before they head over and received no phone call.We called at 12:30pm and were told the owner would call us back immediately. We ended up receiving the call back at 5:06pm today. We're going with a different company because our time wasn't respected and there was a complete lack of professionalism as far as scheduling and communication.

If you want a plumber that is trustworthy, reliable, and fairly priced this is the company for you. The staff is very accommodating, professional, and friendly. They are quick to respond and have prompt service. I highly recommend this company.

I've hired Waite Plumbing for several issues and have been very satisfied with their work. Most recently, the drain from our washing machine was backing up. Waite was prompt, courteous and the expense was reasonable. The issue was unexpectedly not corrected with the first visit and Waite Plumbing returned, took additional measures and did not charge for the return visit or additional work. I will be using Waite Plumbing for any future needs.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

I cannot share good enough things about PK Plumbing. On time, above and beyond when it comes to communication, and so helpful to work around my schedule. This Christmas was a difficult one for my family, and then a burst pipe flooded our garage. ARC came to the rescue by sending the nicest plumber who not only fixed the existing problem but also spotted and repaired another even worse leak that I missed. He fixed the one of our toilets that stopped working as well and all for a very reasonable price. We are customers now for life!!!!!! Thanks so much to ARC and to Clay for getting our little family out of a really tight spot. It’s good to know that there are true, stand-up companies like ARC still out there!

Had my water heater start leaking bad late the other night, I was able to get it shut off and called Carolina Plumbing the next morning. They adjusted thier schedule and had it replaced the same day I called. Guys were awesome and very professional while working in my house even when I wasn’t there. Two days ago we were without heat as our 3 year old gas boiler furnace suddenly quit working. I called the man who installed it but his voice mail said he wasn't available. And he wasn't available yesterday morning. I was referred by my AC vendor to Newcomb and Co. doubting that a large company with mixed reviews would respond to a new customer who was without heat. The receptionist's first words were, You're without heat? I'll get someone out there as soon as I can! Wow! Three hours later Richard showed up, replaced an internal switch, cleaned up the boiler unit, and departed leaving me grateful for rapid response and comfortable heat in our house. Ned Yellig, MD
