Joe was always punctual, polite and considerate. He and Chris worked in my home for four days changing all the pipes. They did a great job. I later hired Joe to run a gas line for my new stove. Again, great job. Highly recommend.

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had been getting alert messages that the outdoor sensor for my HVAC system was not functioning properly, even after I had correctly replaced the batteries. The technician, Rocshawn Jacobs, listened to my description of the problem and knew exactly what to do. He not only installed a new sensor, he took time to thoroughly explain the issue to me, giving me enormous peace of mind. For that, I was extremely grateful. Mr. Jacobs gets 10 stars from me for both his knowledge and his empathy.

I would definitely recommend this company for both new installs and repairs. We just had some preventative maintenence done on the new unit they installed for us earlier this year. Our technician, Kevin B. Was super professional amd nice and took the time to explain everything and also look at our older unit upstairs. This company has always been timely and responsive with all our ac/heating needs.

My furnace was not turning on. On a Saturday within a few hours they had Mark come out to diagnose the problem. I watched him skillfully troubleshoot both one electrical issue, and one sensor issue. He was very skillful and able to fix the problem quickly, for a great rate! Thanks!

We love Newcomb, and have used them for all our plumbing and HVAC issues here in Raleigh. All of their employees have been excellent, but we always feel especially lucky when Linwood the plumber comes to take care of our service call. This past Sunday we discovered a nasty leak under our kitchen sink. Linwood was at our home within 30 minutes, and had the leak fixed 10 minutes later. Thank you, Newcomb and Linwood!

Can't recommend Legacy enough - we had a pipe burst in our crawlspace and found out about it first thing in the morning. Called them and Liz provided great customer service...even though their schedule was booked for the day, she was able to shuffle around and fit us in. Within a few hours, our pipe was fixed and water was back on, all at a very reasonable price.

I'll definitely be coming back to Legacy for our future plumbing needs.

We recently had Air Experts come out to do A/C maintenance on our house. Their technician, Aidan was very professional and knowledgeable. We decided to join their Comfort Club, which allows us two cleanings per year and a couple other benefits, which came out to just under $200 (per year). Worth it to keep our system in good shape!
