Best Commercial Air Conditioning in Raleigh NC

My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. I highly recommend this company. The technician was professional, polite, and informative. A++

I did recent bathroom addition and hired Your Service Professionals to do the job. First, Kevin was the plumber they assigned and he was great. This guy is funny, courteous, can do everything. I am very satisfied with the workmanship. Second, Dawn is the main office person that I dealt with. She was also very courteous and kept me informed of all the activities. Overall experience with Your Service Professionals is great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Right on the problem.

This was my first time using Service Experts. I like home check up idea. This will help a home owner know if they need to prepare for a large repair/replacement bill in the near future. Jordan informed me in every day language about his recommendations which is most appreciated. Their service agreement is competitive.

Two stars as they called me back within 24 hours from contacting them online. Recently had an issue with an evaporator coil going out and was gathering estimates as the first quote was close to $3,000. The person who contacted me said they could not give a quote but could schedule a service call for $99. I did not expect them to make a repair based on what I was telling them was broken, however it seems strange to me that they are unable/unwilling to provide their pricing for a standard repair. I had the model number, serial number, so they should have been able to price the part and tell me how much it would have been (even include their $99 if they wanted). $99 is the highest service call I've seen in the area (another company was $59, and another $79) and I was not interested in paying $99 for a quote. The place that will be doing the repair was able to provide a quote over the phone based on the model and serial number. Their prerogative on how to handle their business, but I will not be contacting them next time I am in need of HVAC repair.

Had an AC unit stop working late one afternoon. Was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning and was able to get it fixed. Tech was professional and courteous. Will use their services next time I have an issue.

I had a capacitor go out in my outside unit. I knew it was a capacitor but was tied up with work and didn't have time to fix it myself so I called these guys. I called and they showed up the next day within the time-frame, however, it seems they price gouge. I was charged a service fee of $90.00 and hen $204.40 for the capacitor. He also put 2 pounds of R-22 in for $225. I was expecting the capacitor to maybe be $75 max (since you can get capacitors all day at home depot for $10 to $20).

I would call someone else and wouldn't recommend this company unless you like paying $$$.

Legacy replaced my hot water heater and made other plumbing repairs. They've always done a great job. They always take the time to answer my questions, address my concerns and make sure I understand the work they are doing.
