We had an excellent experience with Midtown Plumbing. The company and assigned plumber were very professional, thorough and provided superb service. Our plumbers attention to detail and efforts were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing needs.

The men who came to repair our thermostat were awesome. Their names were Gabriel Garcia and Brycen. Instead of making us wait till the next day, as we were already missing a night of camping, Brycen went and got a new thermostat and replaced it. I also think someone stayed open later so the part could be obtained. Many thanks for your dedication and concern, and professionalism.

We have a leak in a bathroom sink which Eugene D via Daniel “repaired” 8 months ago. Brand new parts were purchased and they installed.

The entire assembly came apart this week and water was leaking worse than before. Eugene’s response was to share that we were way past their labor warranty and offered an even higher price to come out and fix again showing no concern for what seems to be poor workmanship the first time.

I was persuaded by all the great comments here to use this outfit. Would you expect a sink with new parts installed to work longer than 8 months? I do!

Edit as of 8/17: we received another response by Eugene D, blaming the situation on the new parts. While trying to defend his work he admitted that they knew the product we had bought from Lowe’s was not good and wouldn’t last, but since we didn’t ask, they installed it anyway. This of course gives them the chance to charge us again for the same project. In my experience, this is not someone who will partner with you when/if anything goes wrong.

Fair warning: it seems most of the glowing feedback on here is immediately after the project and not months later…

We’ve used Optimal several times and always get great service. Ryan came out to diagnose our sewar pump, spent the time to diagnose the problem and explain it to us. He’s very knowledgeable and good at helping us understand. He came back the next day with the parts and had us fixed. (This was after being ghosted 3 times by another company!).

We called PK plumbing because our disposal was leaking. Edwin came out first thing the next morning and he was so nice, honest, and explained things easily for us to understand. While he was here we had him look at some other things we were concerned about. So glad we did too! The bill ended up being a lot more than just the disposal (obviously!) because of the other things we asked him to look at but it turns out we had some serious issues! He was able to quickly fix everything. We trusted everything he had to say too, so we never once felt taken advantage of or being cheated of anything. I’d recommend them 100 times!! And they give a teacher discount!!

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.
