This company is totally unresponsive. I had an emergency over the weekend and called them four times between Friday afternoon and Saturday. The never responded to my calls. Buyer BEWARE! Find a different company that is responsive, professional and, at the very least, courteous.

I have had multiple plumbers out for 2 issues a running toilet a big name company changed me 300 to fix that was not fixed and would have charged another 100 to come back to fix, and a shower that was “leaking behind the wall and would require a 10k remodel and new shower. He fixed both for less then each of them and didn’t get mad when I forgot to pay him on time! As a property owner he is exactly the kind of plumber I am trusting my investments too while I am out of town!

My water heater was close to twenty years old and in need of replacement prior to family visiting in a few weeks. I contacted several plumbers for quotes and Eugene was one of the few to respond. He was able to replace my water heater within one day of contacting him. He was able to find a water heater to fit my existing space and his rate was reasonable. I now have a great new water heater!

We had a to replace a section of sewer line under our slab. Schwartz gave us an estimate that was 60% of the other forward-looking Plumbing company. Matt and Sam did the work, breaking through a minimal section of our slab (Much smaller section of demolition the other Modern company proposed. Matt and Sam did excellent work, kept a clean workspace, cleaned up after. and even patched the slab back up (which the other Revolutionary company refused to do). I am quite pleased with the work Matt and Sam did for us and will always call on Schwartz Plumbing from now on.

This crew was just great on all levels. They went above and beyond. The 3 guys on our property were kind to my inquisitive children and responsive to my concerns. They completed the job in a timely manner. They each had positive attitudes, and took pride in their work.

EXCEPTIONAL!! Mike Waite and his team are truly exceptional. This is the way service should be! From the initial estimate visit to the final walk through, we experienced excellent customer service, promptness, and impressive knowledge/expertise. The crew was respectful, courteous, hardworking, personable, knowledgeable....there just aren't enough kind words to describe how awesome these guys are. We had a tankless water heater installed and our polybutylene pipes replaced with PEX and cannot be happier with how everything turned out. A turnkey job and seamless from start to finish. Furthermore, communication was on point. If we shared a request with Mike, his crew was aware of it and delivered, and similarly if we touched base with the crew about something, Mike had been kept apprised at every turn. We will now be using Waite Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs and really could not be happier with this company. Thanks again!!

Had a water heater go bad on Sunday and they took care of replacing on Monday. Great process from the first call to the receptionist on Sunday and the professional that installed and solved the problem Monday. I would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

I contacted David's office the day before NYE requesting him to check for leaks as my water bill has gone up significantly. David came out the very next day (New Years) just to reassure me before the long weekend. His fee was more than reasonable and he was prompt and efficient. He also took the time to show me what he was seeing so I could have a better understanding. I will be referring David to anyone who is in need of a quality plumber who will not rip you off.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Justin was professional, worked in a loud environment where flooring work was also going on, fixed the problem in a couple of hours, which included a trip to the store for pipes, and explained everything and showed me the problem was fixed at the end of the visit. Dispatch had the timing off a bit, but overall the company fixed the problem I noticed while preparing for the floor work before the flooring crew was ready to stain the floor, which was ideal.

I had some problems getting my GC to permit the work he had done in my home. I decided to just get it taken care of myself and called Carolina Plumbing & Repair. While NONE of this was Carolina Plumbing & Repairs fault or problem, when I called Paul to ask for help getting things permitted and inspected he was literally at my house within 1 hour. He was extremely helpful and understanding. He got everything resolved/permitted for me in 2 days. Frank has been out to my house multiple times and is always extremely polite and courteous. Carolina Plumbing & Repair will be my first call for all future plumbing needs, it’s very hard to find such good people and help! I have already recommended them to friends.
