We had a pretty gross issue with our pipes belching up dirty water. We called up Fasco and from there, the process was easy. We set up an appointment, got a confirmation text and email on the day of the appointment and the plumber even called me saying he was finished with his prior job early and wanted to see if it was ok to show up.

The work he did was excellent, he was professional and friendly. He told me how to do regular maintenance to prevent these issues while he was fixing the issue. The problem hasn't returned and I'm really glad I called them. Thanks Fasco, would recommend you to any of my friends.

Best in Durham area. Friendly, reasonable, and professional. Most recently, Jose, showed up to repair a water heater issue and didn't charge after realizing it was an easy fix. Most plumbers in the area would not do that.

Great company to work with, helped us with several roofing projects that were too large for us to handle on our own and also navigated several insurance claims on our behalf. Very knowledgeable in insurance claims for sure and got us prompt payments from them. Would definitely use them again.

We got a leak in a master shower to take care of. Instead of using our regular plumbing company which went downhill in terms of quality of repairs and prices we called Eugene. He quickly identified a root cause of an issue and fixed it by replacing a master shower valve and a trim. A repair required opening of the drywall and copper piping work. After replacing a valve and testing everything Eugene closed a drywall and patched it properly, which is very nice! In addition we asked Eugene to replace a master tub faucet. We are very happy with quality of the work, communication and prices. It is rather difficult to find a plumber you can trust, but Eugene is certainly the one we would highly recommend. We will be happy to use his services again.

James came to our house today and is excellent. Second time he's been there for different issues. I've found Schwartz to be fairly priced, they do good work and are efficient.

I called and was able to get a same day appointment. Our garbage disposal had backed up. They called to let me know 20 min before arriving. They were on time. Problem was quickly assessed and an estimate given. They fixed the problem and offered a solution to change the piping to avoid future problems. We were given another quick estimate and had them do the work. Overall it was a good experience. They were professional and left the work area clean when they were done. Would use again and recommend to others.

We did a kitchen remodel & moved the dishwasher & sink. I called Poole's Plumbing mainly because I know the owner, but when the guys arrived at my house I was very impressed. The plumbers were very polite & did a great job reconnecting everything. Our bathrooms are our next remodel project & I will be calling them again.

Glen and his crew are great plumbers, easy to talk to, clear regarding recommendations and pricing, and just great at the work! Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Oh My Gosh! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty! Ordered a new sink as a gift for my son from the Lowes in Clayton. My son had surgery on his right arm and couldn't pick up the sink. I called CP&R to see if they could pick it up and do the installation They picked up the sink, took it to my son's house to install. The sink was broken, CP&R returned it to Lowes for us. When the new sink came in, CP&R went again to pick up the sink, again the sink was broken. Third try, CP&R went, again, to Lowes, checked the new sink - all was well. Installing the sink was the easy part! I appreciate Paul dealing with all the stuff at Lowes for us and not telling me to find a new guy to finish the job. Really appreciated all their help!
