Dustin came to my rescue, fixing a leaking kitchen faucet. He was on time, extremely professional and help me out when I was in a bind. I will definitely be calling on Dustin @ Urgent Care Plumbing Raleigh for my future plumbing needs.

Thank you to Eddie and Thomas for helping replace our hot water heater/tank after it leaked in our attic. Eddie was able to come within an hour of calling early morning and help mitigate further leaking along with getting the restoration team at the house immediately, too. Both Eddie and Thomas worked hard to get the stubborn tank out of the attic and worked to install the new unit so that we had hot water by the next evening (they rescheduled other appointments to ensure they could work on our system starting early the next day). We appreciate their timeliness, professionalism, and price.

Sewer line backed up into house. They were available to come within the 2-hour slot they suggested. Problem assessed quickly, quote to resolve issue given along with details of what the job entailed. Once approved, they proceeded quickly, carefully and with without causing a mess. Problem resolved in less than 30 minutes from their arrival to their departure. Yay!

I called for water heater service 3 hours after they called me and said I need to find someone else they can’t help me

In our opinion- Very dishonest and unreliable. We paid for services that should have taken 1-2 weeks at most, and it got dragged out for 4-5 months, due to a multitude of excuses as to why they couldn't complete the work, or show up at all. In the end, all of the services we paid for have still not been completed, and the work that was done, was not done properly. Their water heater installation FAILED inspection with the county. We paid Your Service Pro of NC a great deal of money expecting professional service, and timely repairs-- that is not what we received. Our mistake was paying them in full before all services were rendered, and inspections were completed. This company canceled appointments MANY times, would not answer ANY phone calls, or respond to ANY emails. The owner Andrew is in our opinion, rude and dismissive, in that he gave zero explanation of why the installation wasn't done properly, why the additional work was not completed, as well as zero reason why we never received a return email or phone call. They never took any accountability for the work not being done correctly, the lack of response, etc. Would not recommend this company.

Quick, effective, reasonable.

I highly recommend Arbor Plumbing. Their team is courteous and timely, and communication is excellent. I highly recommend them for larger commercial Backflow installations. Michael is great, and explains their process very thoroughly. Best plumbers in the triangle!

Alan came and installed two ceiling fans that replaces a light and an old ceiling fan. He did an excellent job and gave us updates along the way. Thanks Alan!
