We moved into our new home over a year ago and We had a drain that would continuously clog up after heavy rain. We called Ben Franklin plumbers and within 30 minutes they had the drain cleared. They were very responsive, very polite, they didn’t make a mess in the process and were very affordable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

The two techs with Golden Rule Plumbing were terrific, friendly, and efficient. They did a fix and adjustment and part replacement on a toilet. The scheduling was easy; very professional and great result.

TCR are prompt, reliable, professional and very good at what they do, and were very conscientious about cleaning up after themselves.

Very pleasant experience! Well, not being without hot water was not pleasant but all of my interactions with PK plumbing and Edwin were exceptional. Scheduling was done quickly and I was updated as to when Edwin would show up. All work was thoroughly explained and tips for preventative measures were also offered. Reasonable cost as well considering it was the Saturday before a major holiday. It was a pleasure to work with Edwin as he was courteous, professional, friendly and expressed genuine concern for getting us back up and running. I would highly recommend!

I worked for this company they scam all their customers into believing there are worse problems then there really are ... they are trained from day one how to scam save your money and go with someone else .... if I could give negative stars I would
