No one showed up, I called back and they told me the man was out of town for the weekend. I said ok, so I guess that was more important than the appointment that he made with me. And the girl said I guess so. No way to run a business !!

We have an older manufactured home and the main pipe split under our family room. I called Cray Plumbing. They were able to get to me within a couple of hours. The guy was so nice he even befriended our 2 large labs. He had the leak fixed in a matter of about an hour to hour and half. He had no problems crawling around under the house. Price was reasonable. I just received a check from Cray Plumbing. After they processed the invoice they realized I was over charged and they sent me a check as reimbursement. They are a trustworthy and honest company. I will recommend Cray plumbing to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my life a little easier.

Service was rendered in a very professional way. I was very satisfied with Mr. Benjamin. He was very knowledgeable of my situation and had the problem repaired no time. His prices are very fair and I am very happy that Mr. Benjamin was recommended to me. He gets a A+ and I will call him again.

We love Air Experts. We have been using them for 2 years. We first used them for a tankless water heater install, then a new HVAC system and Furnace, and now maintenance. We have enjoyed the Ease program and maintenance program member (can't recall the name).
Every technician has been awesome and friendly. We will continue to use Air Experts for our needs.

I utilized NCwaterheaters for installation of Rheem tank Water heater. The team was very thorough and professional. Dave especially is very knowledgeable about different water heater tanks and their functionality and history. Dave was also very prompt to answer my questions. I would recommend NCwaterheaters for anyone who is looking for professional tank water heater installation services. Though they offer other services, I didn't use them yet so I cannot comment.

I called to get a set of keys out of the toilet that were accidentally drooped. When the plumber, arrived he told me it would $175 for just coming out, $250 to go into the toilet, and $ for this $ for that .. none of this has been communicated prior to his arrival. I told him to leave but did pay the $175 service fee. The next day .. another plumber came out and retrieved my keys. I shouldn’t have paid the $175 but ? Idk 🤷🏼‍♂️..

I called Justin in the morning to get my new water meter connected to my irrigation system. He came over that afternoon and got it hooked up. Much appreciated.

Had them come out to a rental property for a bathroom leak. After cutting a hole in the wall, was told to put a towel down to solve the bathroom leak. The bill was $300, with no prior estimate given. Did not resolve issue, and hired a general handyman who discovered it was a leaky handle. Paid $300 for unresolved issue. Recommend alternative options.

We've known Buck and the family for some time now and I can't think of a more trustworthy, honest and reliable guy in any business. He's helped out our whole family and always done good work at an honest and accurate price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our needs, and neither should you.
