Cubs Plumbing is very knowledgeable, professional and showed up to do the work at the exact time they said they would. Sewer line was causing constant problems and they fixed the issue just like they said they would. Sewer line hasn't had a issue since the repair and I would definitely use them again!

The gentleman working in my business was professional and nice that’s why they even get 2 stars ,however the company is so disorganized. They had me scheduled 2x just to tell me the same day all the paper work wasn’t in line. It’s a shame, the prices they charge they could have more structure. Paid $2400 to unclog floor drain, 5 days later, same thing. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. They gave me estimate and told me same day of work, it was too cheap. Stay clear.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

I had to have a drain replaced in my shower stall. It was far more complicated work than anticipated and Eddie worked at it until the problem was solved. As they say, by the work, one knows the workman. Highly recommend Affordable Plumbing and Eddie!

Troy came out and installed a new dishwasher for us. He called to say he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. He got the install completed with no issues and was very thorough in going through the instructions on how to use the dishwasher. He handled himself in a very professional manner. He also made it a point to clean up the area before he left. I would give Troy a ten out of ten and would highly recommend him.

North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
