I would highly recommend CK's Plumbing. Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained what to expect prior to beginning the work. He arrived ON TIME (almost not heard of anymore). Nick provided AWESOME MEMORABLE customer service (almost not heard of anymore). The cost was reasonable and FAIR (again, almost never heard of anymore). He replaced/repaired a leaking pipe and installed a new faucet while he trained an adorable new employee (Justin). This was my first experience with CK's Plumbing and because of NICK and the experience, I will recommend CK's Plumbing to everyone, especially my family and friends!!!!! HUGE KUDOS to NICK. He should be named: Nick is the bomb.com

Now this is the meaning of customer service! My hot water heater went out on the day I was leaving for vacation. I had a home warranty and the quote was received on my last day of vacation while I was still out of town. The warranty quote was outrageous! I got onto HomeAdviser and I found Coats Plumbing. They immediately out to my house and quoted me on a tankless heater and the replacement of my current. Coats Plumbing ended up replacing my heater and getting to my house the next day which was my first day back in town. They also beat the warranty quote by over $400. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and helpful (even giving recommendations). I will definitely use Coats Plumbing again.

Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Had a pretty bad plumbing emergency at home. I called Roto Rooter and in 15 min, Joe Young showed up at my house to help. He clearly explained what the problem was and why it happened. I will be calling RR (Joe) again for my plumbing needs for sure!

I cannot praise Ken enough. He’s done numerous tasks for me & takes care of his customers like no other!!

Cameron was professional, courteous and helpful. He answered all of our questions, repaired toilet in timely manner, and completed tasks to our satisfaction. We will use this company again for future repairs.

I had several repairs that needed done under my ahs warranty.
So I did not choose this company, the insurance company chose for me. I could not be more happy with the job the guys did, I had several additional repairs done
that I needed. I called around for estimates and they were reasonable AND did a great job. I had several questions they were able to help me with. Personable and knowledgeable. I will certainly being staying with Carolina Plumbing for any future needs.

Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. He worked in a heavy rain storm to finish the job and did not complain. Very satisfied.
