I found Edwin the plumber to be dishonest and extremely unprofessional.

Company would absolutely wonderful to work with. They had a service tech out in less then an hour and had the problem solved even quicker. Shawn was honest and explained all of my options well. Will definitely use in the future.

I would recommend this company because they provide excellent service and quality of work which were all completed in a timely manner. We had a lot of plumbing issues that were not caught on inspection and Mr. Sammy did a walk through of the property and he was able to identify several cracked pipes and issues not to code. He responds to emergencies and took care of our issues with care and friendliness. The amount of plumbing fixes on our house showcases the company’s breadth of plumbing services so I would not hesitate to call them again.

Rakeem is very professional and knowledgeable. He performed a timely assessment of some plumbing issues identified during due diligence of buying my home. He actually corrected some of the initial inspection findings and came in much lower. After dealing with delays from other contractors, Rakeem arrived when he said he would and completed a number of jobs in just a few hours. He is such a great value for great work. I highly recommend him!

Having a pool installed and Bradly & Clay from ARC Plumbing came by to run the gas line plumbing. They were GREAT! They took the time to answer all of our questions, worked hard the entire time that they were here and were courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them!!

Very poor telephone manners. I called with a business matter and the lady that answered was very short and rude and hung up on me twice. Not professional at all. I suggest they change the person who is the first contact with the public. She is not suited for that job.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. I was told that someone would come out here today between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. but fortunately for me, I received a call from Sean around 11:00 saying they had received a cancellation and could come earlier if that was o.k. with me. I told him that would be great. He arrived about 15 to 20 minutes later. Sean and Bob could not have been any nicer. They were polite, went right to work installing new “pop ups” in my master bath, and finished in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very professional, did a great job, and left my bathroom very clean. I will be very happy to refer all my friends to C.K.’s Plumbing. Thanks guys for a great experience.

I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them. The owner and the employees are very knowledgeable, friendly and make sure that the problems are resolved in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this business!

David was amazing to work with. Came across some tricky issues and was always able to solve it

I called Mike and asked him what it would cost for a behind the refrigerator shut off valve and box. I explained that I had a copper wire to the ice-maker and was getting a new fridge which they would not deliver and hook up with the copper line to under the house. He quoted me a price of $89. When he arrived the next day he told me that the box would be too expensive that all I needed was a replacement hose for the copper one with a valve to shut off the water on the hose. Then he said he didn't have any money to get the part so I gave him a check for $50. Then he wasn't sure if he had his drivers license on him (he drove to my house.)

Well he got the house, replaced the copper one and then told me it would cost me $133. over and above the $50. I already gave him for the hose. HE NEVER TOLD ME IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE $89. he originally quoted. I said that to him and he just insisted that I write another check. I will never call this place again!!! HE CHARGED ME $183.!

And today the refrigerator came and the hose he installed is not the correct one! I called and texted him and he says he will call back and does not! This is theft!

Needed some emergency plumbing work done and they were able to assess and repair the issue very quickly and professionally. Excellent service and pricing. Definitely would recommend for commercial or residential plumbing issues.

Marco was an amazing technician who came out and did a stellar job on my water heater, bathtub and fixed my water pressure and was here at my home in a timely manor! I would ask for him anytime and he’s very professional, with a great attitude.
