They did a great job for us. Not only got the work done in quick timing, Jimmy also was willing to give me good advice that saved me some money when he could've earned more money for himself. They also came back out on short notice for a second issue. Really appreciate the responsiveness and honest recommendations. Will definitely use them again.

It is so rare to find a company that does what they say they are going to do, when they are going to do it, does it, and then does it well, with no mess left behind, but Cary Plumbing does just that. We had an exceptional experience with the installation of our tank-less H2O heater. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Mr. Sampson. He is flexible in arranging a time to visit, is very professional, does an excellent job and is very thorough. He replaced a leaking kitchen faucet for me. He first came out to diagnose the issue, then came again the following day after I had received a warranty replacement. The plumber I had initially install the kitchen faucet did not do it correctly

In December of 2020, Air Experts sold us a Rheem HVAC system and a Lennox PureAir air purifier which attaches to the air handler. The Air Experts salesman gave us the hard sell on the benefits of the Lennox unit -- best unit on the market for people with allergies ...blah... blah... blah. He also told us it needs servicing every 6 months to a year depending on the allergen load in our home. We had them install the system in January of 2021. Despite many requests to Air Experts to service our Lennox PureAir, it has not been serviced -- almost 2 1/2 years after the initial installation. Two months ago, in March, I sent Air Experts an email requesting that our Lennox system be serviced along with our HVAC units. I had just paid for their annual service agreement - $287.16. I then called to reiterate that I wanted the Lennox unit serviced at the next HVAC service. I was told it would have to be scheduled approximately two months out to give them time to order parts. In June, the tech came out, and again, this fellow knew nothing about my request to have the Lennox unit serviced and he was not able to service it. Seeing my frustration, he called his supervisor and then he called the office. The tech told me the office told him the price of the parts is $430. Why was I never told this in my many attempts to get service? I can order these parts myself for $167. The tech told me that I would be getting a call from Air Experts to straighten the matter out. The call never came. So I ordered a new kit -- filter and UVA light -- and then went into the crawlspace to disconnected the unit according to the directions. I saw that the light on the front of the unit was not lit. When I opened the door on the Lennox unit, I saw 3 wires with stripped ends hanging in the air. I called Lennox to inquire about the bare wires. I gave them the units model and serial number and was told the unit was manufactured in 2018 -- a year and a half before it was installed. Then the Lennox rep asked if it was a new unit or a used unit. For that, I'd have to rely on Air Exerts -- because I certainly paid more than the price of a new unit. I imagine the system's UVA lamp has never been operational.
This company -- Air Experts -- seems to be poorly managed with a lot of poor internal communication as well as poor customer communication -- which amounts to poor service.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They have always risen to every challenge I throw at them! Been working with them for years!

These guys were great! They arrived on time and were professional as well as courteous. They did a great job at an affordable price and it didn’t take forever!

Eric came out in the morning and provided assessment and completed the repair. Eric provided thorough explanation of repair and provided documentation and pictures of repair at every point. Highly recommend Eric for a pipe repair.

We have used Tysor Plumbing for 20 years. If we ever have an issue they are the only plumber we call. They are professional, courteous & very knowledgeable. They show up when promised and I completely trust them to not sell us services we don't need.

I interacted with individual briefly and was sworn at and threatened. I would really think twice before trusting this man in my home if I was you

I did have these people to switch my water pump since July 22,2020 it is August 20th when I’m writing this review it is not fixed when they said it is going to be fixed it took one more week for them to fix it, if they are willing to do it they been payed since day one they said we will be there at margin of time they NEVER come on time.. I’m so sad when I think theres companies like this they don’t care about doing the job right they just go for the money

I don't recommend him. Easy to work with during the initial work. Workmanship failed right after the year warranty was up and repair cost us. Person with him said rubber pipe section that was used originally was too short.

***3/28/19 UPDATE***
Chris came by to fix a leak that was under warranty, which may have been a freeze issue, at no charge. We talked about the problem I described above. Both of us have a better understanding of each other's point of view. I do still have concerns, but I changed from 2 stars to 3, and WILL consider using him again, at which point I will update my review accordingly.
