Run away if you value your time and money. Spent $900 fixing the same part in about a year. After the same part was defective twice and under warranty, they haven’t returned my call to make it right. All while they have $900 in diagnostic fees for showing up.

Now I had to find another Plummer and pay them to fix their mistakes.

Came a little earlier than time sched. which is better to me than when people come way too late. Called me to notify. Did a wonderful job, very courteous, answered my questions, cleaned up, top quality job. Best price in town.

I was contacted immediately, and serviced the next day. Luke was explanatory in everything he did, and the work was great. I have been price gouged before by big chain plumbing companies, and my repair was a completely fair price. Busy Beaver was recommended to me, and the recommender said Luke was the most honest plumber he knows. Definitely true!!

My well pump stopped working. I actually have a home warranty contract, but they said they didn’t have any contractors in my area to fix a pump. Finally, after complaining about paying for a service and not getting it, they found one to come out in 10 days. Seriously, try not having a shower or being able to flush your toilet for 10 days! (First American Home Warranty if you’re wondering). I tried contacting some plumbers but for some reason got no call backs. When I called Affordable Plumbing I got someone right away and gave my information. Eddie called me back and set up an appointment and was there when he said he would be. Unfortunately,
my system was set up differently than most apparently, and he said he would be back that evening or the next day. He came back that evening and installed the new upgraded system that I had requested in in a short time . Now I have better water pressure and a much quieter pump. I would use this company again.

Alan has been doing repairs for us for a couple of years and is always on time does a great job he has a lot of knowledge about his work and catching problems before they are out of hand. Alan is always on time and so so friendly. Alan has did things from hanging pictures, fire extinguishers, garbage disposal, door locks you name it I have never been disappointed if you need it done he is the one to go to.

Richard is very professional. Very prompt and very clear about his estimates. Has worked on my home and rental with excellent results.

My home warranty company assigned them to fix the leak in my toilet. While plumber was replacing the new valve, I asked him if I could attach my new bidet to the valve while he is replacing it. Plumber said yes and it took me hardly couple of minutes to hook my bidet to the new valve. He did not mention that I will be charged extra for it. I was shocked and appalled to learn that the owner now wanted to charge me extra for bidet installation since I used plumber's expertise. Plumber also insisted to the owner that he didn't really do anything but the owner was downright rude and condescending. Felt like a total rip off!

Jonathan installed a new, larger hot water heater for our family and it was a HUGE help! This guy is a true professional, and takes his time to explain things as he's doing them, as well as offer some tips along to way on how to save some money during this process. This was a job we considered tackling ourselves but are so glad we didn't because the end product was so much better having him do it. He went straight to work and kept at it until the job was finished. Great thanks, I'd recommend them to anyone!

It feels a little weird to write a review for a company that didn't actually do any work for me, but hear me out. I called Legacy Plumbing company to get a quote about moving a utility sink in my laundry room. Jamie was very pleasant on the phone and was able to get a plumber out to my house within the hour. Willie was able to find my notoriously difficult to find house, and was so friendly and helpful. He graciously accepted my dog jumping all over him and then gave me advice regarding my sink. In order to use our laundry room more efficiently, he recommended an alternative option that didn't require moving the sink. So while I ultimately did not use their services, I was so impressed with Legacy's promptness, friendliness, and clear concern for their customers (even when it didn't necessarily bring them business). I will DEFINITELY be using them in the future should I need plumbing services!
