We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

I would highly recommend Rooter and Sons Plumbing. They are quick to respond and follow up with you. The Technician Scott Ferran that they sent out was super knowledgeable and so friendly. Scott explained everything that was going on and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Will definitely call them again with any other plumbing needs.
