Finally called NC Water Heaters after two other companies could not resolve our issue. They arrived on time and quickly identified the problem and fixed it promptly. Excellent quality and customer service too. Would not recommend anyone else!

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
