My unlucky night (a stopped up toilet overflow AND water heater leaking) turned into my lucky day when Jason responded to my frantic phone call. He showed up when he said he would and was very professional from the get go. He explained what he could do and what the outcomes might be for my old plumbing system. He shared valuable advice based on 30 years of experience, and he had everything fixed in a couple of hours and charged a REASONABLE price! I am thankful and would definitely recommend him to anyone. Not a fan. Quoted me $900 to install a basic RO water system. The system itself cost me $350. Never explained the rationale behind the quote either. Didn’t think he was too interested in getting the business.

I had several companies out here to do an estimate to replace our gas pack HVAC system, Craig The project manager, was very knowledgeable very helpful, very detail oriented, I felt very comfortable with him. Purchased new house in May 2018 and after moving in realized we had horrible water pressure in house and outside hose faucets. We contacted them and they sent plumber out to tell us it was because we had 3/4” meter from the city that was causing our problems. Called city and they checked the pressure with no issues on their side and all meters are 3/4” in island. Not to mention both our nieghbors have great pressure. So we called a plumber and he pointed out they ran 1/2” lines they the entire house which is why we have no water flow. Our outside faucets barely spray 6’ with sprayer nozzle. Needless to say neither SECOF or the plumber they hired Rural plumbing wanted to fix the problem. There only response was that it passed inspection.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. The team came out on short notice since they were in the area and were able to replace our water heater the same day. I also mentioned sporadic poor water pressure and they diagnosed and replaced our pressure valve as well. The team was patient with all my questions and walked us through the options. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

He was professional, on- time, and left everything very clean. I'm so pleased with the water quality after he installed the filter. Our Mr. Rooter Repairman was so very helpful & knowledgable. Arrived within the specified window with additional calls and texts and emails in advance & after the repair job...everything was so professional and worked like clockwork. With the high rate of construction in our neighborhood, this is our 2nd time needing to repair the Water Pressure Valve that regulates the pressure from the town coming into our home. He gave us various helpful options & precise pricing on each one. He even took the initiative to look up our part needed and saw that the didn't carry tht particular piece on his truck & even left to go pick up the precise valve to fit our house plumbing need - instead of using a standard or universal one. ( He did this very expeditiously & we appreciated his not just saving himself the time and bother with installing a universal one - which we feel the last repairman did about 8 years prior and is why the piece/water pressure valve didn't even last to the standard product expectancy). We were so very well pleased with every aspect of this repair by the technician at Mr. Rooter Plumbing. You cannot find a better, more responsive and detail oriented plumbing technician than those at Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Needed some emergency plumbing work done and they were able to assess and repair the issue very quickly and professionally. Excellent service and pricing. Definitely would recommend for commercial or residential plumbing issues.
