We had a break in the pipe from our pump about 2 weeks ago. They quoted far less than other plumbers. After the repair, the pump refused to work. They immediately performed troubleshooting to determine the pump was getting power but not working. They returned the next day to replace the pump even granting us some credit for the initial pipe repair job. Their name & # are now in our phone contacts should we have a future plumbing emergency. Justin and Christian are professional, personable and HONEST!

This is the second time we've used these guys in a month. The first was a new water heater that went so well we had them install a new toilet.The tech that performed both services, Scott, is outstanding. We have no reason to call another plumber.

Rick got to the source of problems we didn't know were the cause of our problems and fixed them so that they looked good as new and functioned perfectly. Cleaned up after himself, leaving things better than he found them. Communicated very well and met all of his promises.

Anthony does excellent work. I've used him several times now (from small jobs all the way to a main line clog). I'm always satisfied with the results. He is professional, courteous and extremely hard-working. Highly recommend.

Omar is exceptional!!! He is professional and very affordable!! I called him yesterday to 2 separate jobs at 2 separate locations (one in LB and one in LA). He arrived ON TIME and ready to work. Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.

I can't even go to a different agent because it's a small business agency!

Took them 6 days to tell me that they can't do business a certain way,
I needed them to provide me with an estimate for re-rout some plumbing.
I'm a general contractor, I called them to give me an estimate for re-routing a plumbing line at one of my customer's property
Danial met with me at the job, I showed him what I wanted done, he askes for the customer information and email in front of me as If I'm not there!, he tells the customer that he will email her the estimate!
I told him when we went outside that he needs to email me the estimate and he said he will by tomorrow!
you cant go around me and contact my customer behind my back!
Remember that you are here because I called you and not the customer, so I'm the one responsible for the job if you messed up
it shouldn't have took you 6 days to tell me you don't work with general contractor's!
you could have told me right then and not wasted my time for 6 days!
