Woke up on a mid30s Saturday morning to a house with no water. Did some googling and found Jason Saturday afternoon. He came by an hour later, examined the remains of our 37 year old well system by going through a tough crawl space that was moved due to a house addition. Jason explained the situation very clear and we agreed with the repairs. I was expecting to hear we will see you Monday morning but to my surprise Jason said I’ll see you in the morning. Both gentlemen, who came to seal my house, were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, acted in a professional manner, and produced a quality solution to my problem, which is of a great value to me. They wasted no time - they worked quickly and were very neat. They left no mess for me to clean up.

We got three different estimates to look into a backup issue with our toilet. PK Plumbing was the only company that strongly suggested doing a camera diagnosis first. In that way we would be completely certain what the problem is and where it is located. Makes sense. Well, I'm so happy that we approached the problem that way. The diagnoses was the cheapest item on their estimate. It ended up being an issue that needed to be taken care of by the Town of Cary, as the sewage lines were backed up outside our property. We would have wasted money cleaning our pipes with the other companies. PK Plumbing even remained available to speak with the town of Cary to make sure they took care of that quickly. They were so professional, knowledgeable and caring!! I give them FIVE STARS!!

Thought I was going to have to hire a plumber AND an electrician to solve my problem of it taking way too long to get hot water in my kitchen. Got a quote from a pluming-only company to add a small hot water heater. Would have still needed an electrician. When Benjamin came to the house to give my FREE estimate he came up with a better, more efficient and lower cost solution - a recirculating pump tied to the existing HW heater. AND, ARC also has licensed electricians so I only had to deal with one company. Dealing with the Rosanna at the office and the guys here on site was a pleasure. 5-YEAR warranty! Couldn’t be happier with this company.

Excellent responsiveness and expertise by Sean; explained things well and got my problem fixed pronto. We have used CKs in the past, at another house, and had a great experience then too. I would recommend CK's for any plumbing job (they also deal with drain issues, which some plumbers don't).

Needed some emergency plumbing work done and they were able to assess and repair the issue very quickly and professionally. Excellent service and pricing. Definitely would recommend for commercial or residential plumbing issues.
