Best Water Line Installation in Raleigh NC

I am a member of RH&A’s Comfort Club and have been a loyal customer. They are nice guys and prompt, but be careful of their pricing. I was significantly over-charged for the last work they did for me – and I do mean last. I paid for two diagnostic visits (not sure why) and then the charge for actually fixing the problem worked out to be over $300/hr. A part needed replacing that was under warrantee, so the charge was all labor. I ask for an explanation of the high charge but my request was ignored.

I have 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, and the 3 guys, Gio, Daniel, and Fabio, arrived on time and replaced everything quickly and cleanly. The price I got from Rural beat the competitors price by about $1K. I've used Rural for a number of years for service and they've been a good service company. The last tech, Ken, did a great job and was very professional. Didn't realize ants could short your AC unit, but he showed me otherwise.

I am currently very satisfied with the service performed in my bathroom today by Mr. Scott. He was on time, very thorough and honest with his consultation. Excellent job, if i have any other plumbing services needed i will definitely call them again. Also if anyone that i know that may need plumbing services i will highly recommend Rooter & Sons. They are fantastic. Our plumber was honest about my issues and what it would take to fix them. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix and even uncovered an issue that is not pressing now but could become a major issue in the future. I was very satisfied.

I’ve used them twice so far. Once to fix a shower and the other for some polybutylene leaks. Both times they were prompt and got the job done.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
