I called Keith about an estimate for a new water heater and since he was in the area, he was able to drop by the same day. He got back to me the next day with a price and once I was ready to have the work done, he was able to get me scheduled very quickly.

On the scheduled work day, they arrived on time and ready to go and did a great job with the installation of the unit. Both Keith and his son were friendly and answered any questions I had for them. They left the work area clean and followed up a few days later to see if everything was working as expected.

I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues that I have.

Jason promptly contacted me, and was at my home within 30 minutes. My repair was explained, an estimate provided and was fixed in.less than an hour. Jason and his employee were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, licensed/insured and professional. I will contact 919 Plumber again for future plumbing needs. Plus, they have really cool tshirts.

Bell Cow service technicians, George and Ron, came out to our house the same day I called. We had a water heater that apparently leaked for a very long time. It had to be replaced. George knew who to call to help me find out about the warranty. Fortunately, it was covered. George and Ron removed the broken water heater and replaced it with the new one. My husband and I decided to move the new water heater to a different location. The old one was housed in a closet. We wanted the new one installed in the garage. George and Ron were able to do the plumbing and electrical work needed to make that happen. George and Ron always arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. I felt as though we had been friends by the time the work was completed. I highly recommend Bell Cow and would not hesitate to call them again, should the need arise.

My experience with Mr. Torrie Jones and Raleigh Heating & Air was very good . I plan to have your company take care of all my heating and air needs in the future and I will request Torrie when I call . He is very experienced and capable and has the ability to explain things and make recommendations so that a home owner such as myself can understand . Bradly came out, in the middle of a rain storm, and gave me an estimate for two water spigots on the exterior of the house. Despite one being a bit of a pain, he did a great job and replaced them despite it pouring down rain and him getting soaked. He took his time despite his own discomfort and also took the time to work on getting me an estimate for a tankless water heater. Highly recommend.

Scott came by our house due to a leak with our kitchen sink. He was incredibly kind and courteous and ended up not charging us because it was a minor job. So often it seems plumbers over charge and this was such a refreshing experience.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable of the kind of water heater I needed, and he did all the work in a couple of hours, I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to install a gas line for my gas stove, he arranged for the permit to be processed and for the inspection to be done.
