Cubs Plumbing is very knowledgeable, professional and showed up to do the work at the exact time they said they would. The gentleman working in my business was professional and nice that’s why they even get 2 stars ,however the company is so disorganized. They had me scheduled 2x just to tell me the same day all the paper work wasn’t in line. It’s a shame, the prices they charge they could have more structure. Paid $2400 to unclog floor drain, 5 days later, same thing. Left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing. They gave me estimate and told me same day of work, it was too cheap. Stay clear.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . Toto Rooter installed a new sewer pump for me 2 days before Thanksgiving. They did an excellent job on the sewer pump installation. They came back today (01/22/21) and installed another cut off valve that’s quieter and there was no extra charge! I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! My tech’s name is Travis and he was great!
