I would strongly recommend this company for plumbing only. Buyer beware concerning what needs to be done to repair anything damaged while doing the plumbing.

I had a leaking water heater, they tend to do that when they are old, and needed service fairly quickly. They came by to look on Wed. and came back on Thurs to replace the unit. The two guys who came, Juan and Eliseo, were very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. When they were done they put everything back in place and made sure I knew how to operate the system - I got a heat pump water heater which is a huge change from what I had.

I have had Bell Cow come out to do work twice since this water heater replacement - once in July and again two weeks ago. In July they came to fix a shower fixture that had corroded and leaked. They cut out part of the ceiling under the leak and two holes in the wall. They repaired both the ceiling and the wall and cleaned up after themselves. Two weeks ago, I had them come out to replace the rest of the 24 year old fixtures. They do a great job with plumbing. Unfortunately, they once again cut a hole in my wall (for the second shower). This time they did not fix that hole stating that they do not do that. When I called the office, they promised to call back with some solution for the hole and never bothered.

They were very quick to schedule my appointment and on time
I needed a drain for 1 sink, the estimated cost was high, after a phone call and some discussion, we found a happy place we both would be satisfied with
Once that was done they were very professional, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful

I have used this business twice recently. Initial visit turned out not to even be related to plumbing. Unfortunately had to call Rakeem back out to fix someone else's mess.

He was able to come out even earlier than scheduled, replaced defective part and updated old line.

I will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs in the future. Nice to have someone I feel I can trust to do the job right

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

My interaction is that this company hires inexperienced helpers/workers who will and may lie quickly...video is suggested...there maybe damages left behind

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
