We had Ray and Justin come out to change our pressure reducing valve and our main shut-off valve - these are the guys you want doing your plumbing. They are respectful professionals who do a quality job with a genuine customer-service attitude. We have used them for multiple jobs and plan to use them again when the next plumbing issue arises. Jason from 3rd Generation Plumbing went above and beyond to install our kitchen sink and faucet after the big name retailer (no names mentioned, rhymes with woes) we paid to install them proceeded to bungle the process for two months. He persisted in following up with said retailer and kept us informed, even while he was on vacation. Then when he was finally cleared to install the sink, he discovered that the DIY countertop tile job by the former homeowners was overextended and required additional work to trim away before the sink would fit. He dealt with this as well despite the extra time and effort involved. Final result looks great and we are very happy with it. Throughout the process Jason was courteous, helpful, and professional. We highly recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.

Disappointing. I was referred to Optimal Plumbing. The owner came out, looked at the problem I was having, said he would look for the parts he needed and call me back so we could start the work. He never called back. I called and left three messages and still no return calls. If he didn't want the job, the proper thing to do would have been to be up front about that, instead of wasting my time and causing the work to be deferred while I waited on him to return my calls!

This morning while going to work . A company truck was behind me. I was turning on Martin Luther King in Durham and the truck almost hit me from behind the man was yelling and cursing for me to go but my light was not green. I couldn't imagine having someone like that work at my house wouldn't trust him. He went around me truck number was 6 something. Might need get your employees anger management they are giving you guys a bad reputation. God bless

I highly recommend Coats Plumbing. They installed a new toilet, hauled off the old one, repaired my shower and unstopped a drain; all at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

I have been using Ken for all of my plumbing needs for about 20 years now. He always fits me in when it's an emergency. I leave a key out for him to get in and he even takes my dogs out for me! I can't say enough good things about him and the quality of his work. He is great with all brands of plumbing whether it be high end or lower end. He is very respectful of my home. I have referred him out many many times and people are always happy! I like that he is local and not a big company where you don't know who will show up at your house. I would definitely recommend Plumber Ken to anyone!

My home was built in the’80s. It is full of polybutylene pipe. Needless to say I have had more than a few leaks over the years. Carolina Plumbing has been there for me every time. Do not use! I chose John Hutchins’ company because he seemed very knowledgeable and was priced reasonably. The project started off well enough to get the big draws, but then started dragging and dragging. It was like pulling teeth to get them to do work. Finally they just stopped showing up. I had another plumber come in to finish the job. The mistakes he had to correct from John’s guys have cost me thousands of dollars.

The Technician arrived on time, was very polite and seemed to be thorough in doing the seasonal maintenance check. The updates given on what he was doing during the service check was much appreciated. I would like to have this same Technician for every service!
