We had a backed up drain line outside of the home, and one of the Fasco plumbing technicians came out, cleaned and flushed the line in less than 45min!! I also appreciate how he wore his Covid-19 PPP and wore boot covers in the house... sometimes it’s just the little things!!

In the middle of a cold snap, I get a sewer backup. Jayk was the only one who would respond after what had probably been a long cold day. Instead of ending his workday, he added one more stop, in the cold and dark, he fixed the issue. To top it all off, he was beyond nice. Highly recommend him!

Terry came to my home Saturday morning to replace a leaking toilet. He was not only professional but super nice. He finished the job in less than an hour and put back on a complicated toilet seat with ease! 5 minutes. I would recommend TCR above everyone else!

Had a service call set for weeks for a 2 hour window. Was told I would get a call 30mins prior to arrival of service professional, as I have been promised before (without call being done). Today no call was done, guy showed up. I mentioned to him and said I wasn't ready but come on in. He said I was rude and he wouldn't come in, went to his truck and sat there. He came back when I called the office. Then I mentioned only problem was the lack of getting a call. He blamed the office and refused to apologize. He left again. This unprofessional childish attitude is ridiculous. Use with extreme caution!

I am not very happy right now this is the tenth time I three years between two companies have come to fix my A/C. Best plumbing service around!!! I had a pipe leaking in my yard, and the leak was so large I had to keep the water off to save thousands on my bill and keep my yard from turning into a lake. Having to keep your water off during a NC summer is not fun to say the least. And as I'm sure everyone can attest to it was extremely stressful trying to get it fixed at a reasonable price. My neighbor uses Welch Plumbing and spoke very highly of Shawn. Well the day after being contacted Shawn has completely fixed it and I have water again!! A tree root had compromised the pipe, the root is now gone the pipe has been replaced, it was done so quickly and seamlessly! If you want clean, quality work, with amazing affordability, a quick response time and top notch professionalism you need to call Welch Plumbing. I know in the future this will be the only plumbing company I use!! Thank you Shawn!!
