Sampson was pleasant and professional with the installation of my hot water heater. It took him less than two hours to install and clean up after the job. He explained the components of the hot water heater if i wanted to increase the temperature. He also told me other issues regarding my plumbing that may be a problem in the near future. In a traffic jam on I-40, one of their service trucks flew past me and hundreds of other patient humans while driving at a reckless speed, traveling on the shoulder of the road and therefore inhibiting emergency vehicles from reaching the scene of the accident. Shameful.

Everyone wants to make a quick buck. My travel agent won't extend my stay unless I pay her 2000. I called the two airlines and they said because your agent did a fix locked in booking no one (Not even us) can modify your ticket

Agent: No seats available until September. Every seats taken for the next two months. But if you pay me 2000, I'll see what I can do. Why would paying 2000 matter if ALL seats booked anyway? PS the airlines said there were available seats and she was lying.

I can't even go to a different agent because it's a small business agency!
