Great service! Couldn't quite figure out why one of my toilets wasn't flushing fully, I gave Sweetwater a call and they were able to put me on their schedule quickly. The fellas who came over were extremely friendly and were able to resolve the issue within 30 mins. I would definitely use their services again in the future!

We got three quotes from different companies and Bell Cow proposal by far was our best option for convenient service and affordable cost. They removed and replaced our existing furnace and AC unit in one day. The inspection was completed and passed with no issues. Best plumber ever!!! We had a flood late at night coming from our downstairs bathroom. Edwin was so kind to come out at almost mid night to check things out. He was able to figure out problem and fixed it swiftly. He also made us aware of an issue that could cause another problem in the future. Edwin is a great plumber with attention to detail and does great work! One more thing- he was also helpful in connecting us with a restoration team to help with damages. All around a solid company and we’ll be using them in the future if need be.

I've used them on two homes for almost two decades here in Raleigh, and they have never once disappointed me. Just this week they completed the installation of two complete HVAC systems for me and as always, their work is top notch, their technicians are professional, friendly and reliable, and the overall service experience just can't get better. I used CPB to install a sink in our butler pantry, install a shower fixture in our master and flush our hot water system and each time, they got the job done well! No issues since installation of the sink or shower fixture. Sammy (the operator) was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I would recommend and use again.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. Finding a consistently good plumber is a great thing. We just installed a Rinnai hot water system, and a Halo 5 water filter on our 10-yr -old house. We love working with Will who is both imminently qualified and patient as we learn the new technology. We also had the plumbing home inspection, and caught a number of problems before they presented while we had family visiting. Will is proactive, practical and wise in his recommendations. It is our hope to stay with Will and CK for the future. I recommend them both highly.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
