I had a pretty major backup in the pipe going to the sewer. Water all over bathroom and hallway from the toilet. Santy came out on a Saturday and not only took care of the problem quickly but was extremely professional with great rates. Do not hesitate to call him. Great guy!

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

Very happy with our Roto Rooter service!! Wayne (tech #3112) was very prompt and came multiple times to help us figure out our kitchen plumbing issues. Wayne was super nice and great at explaining the situation and components and gave us multiple solutions to choose from based on our budget/timing. He's very responsive by phone/text, and it's clear he's experienced! Would definitely recommend!

Alan saved the day! He showed up early and worked quickly to get our home ready for an Open House. He was kind and personable, helpful and fair. We will call him EVERY time we need work done from here on out.

August '23 Update: Once again, Alan provided remarkable service. He installed multiple ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout our new home. He is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He even offered to come back next week to install another fixture and fix a faulty switch that he discovered during his work. We will continue to call him for all of our handyman needs!

When our AC stopped sending out cold air, we called Old Republic for help. Within one hour after reporting the problem, we received a call from Lisa at Progressive Service Company and she was able to schedule a technician that same afternoon.Brian B. was the gentleman who came early in the afternoon, and not only did he fix the downstairs AC unit by replacing a bad capacitor, but he sprayed the surrounding area for wasps. He then agreed to check out an additional problem we had with our upstairs unit, and after verifying the price with his office, performed the necessary maintenance to prevent a later problem. Technician diagnosed the problem based on my weak description. He had the part on his truck and was able to complete the repair quickly!!!

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

I had a fantastic experience with Matthew's Plumbing Solutions. They were incredibly informative, patient, and polite over the phone as I tried to figure out water heater options. They were right on time to install the water heater and they did a terrific job. They were kind enough to answer all of my many questions. I am grateful for the work they did and how they did it and will reach out to them with future plumbing needs!

I was about to give a 5-star review for coming same day to fix my sewer main and complete the job within 1 hour.

Then they charged me for 15 min of driving (ok, fine), 20 min of casual tool cleaning (really?), and 15 MIN FOR WRITING UP THE BILL! Yes, they charged me for the time it took to calculate and type up the total—ridiculous!

UPDATE RESPONSE: Jamie and the technician were courteous and helpful, and I appreciated the same-day service. I also I agree people should get paid; no one is disputing that.

But I just can’t stomach being charged $125/hr to write up my bill. I just spoke with another plumber who said he doesn’t charge for cleaning tools or writing up the bill and that it is not industry practice.

Can’t believe the world’s come to this, but now I know to ask whether a service contractor will charge me to calculate how much to charge me.

Highly recommend Lane Plumbing. I called after discovering a leak in our water heater and spoke to the owner Mr. Lane himself. He had his staff call me the same afternoon to get us on the schedule for a new install the next morning. Believe the great reviews, excellent company!

What a great experience. They gave me the quote, fixed the issue and was professional and yet straight to the point. No scare tactics of you need this, I may need to do this which leads to more $$.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
