Rakeem showed up quickly on a weekend sewer backup that turned into a bigger repair. He was able to get a temporary fix in place to keep everything working and come back later for the permanent repair.

I am so happy to have discovered the fine folks at ARC Plumbing. I bought an older home in Apex about 3 months ago and they have been to my rescue on more than one occasion. Some repair items we knew about from the home inspection, some just popped up during renovation and one was an after hours gas leak emergency. Rosanne in the office is so pleasant and works hard to get you on the schedule. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ben. Executive plumbing replaced a main pipe in our second floor master bathroom. The staff were kind but serious, and resolved our issue in a timely manner.

I have used them twice. Both times excellent service and work.

Scott came by our house due to a leak with our kitchen sink. He was incredibly kind and courteous and ended up not charging us because it was a minor job. So often it seems plumbers over charge and this was such a refreshing experience.

Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable of the kind of water heater I needed, and he did all the work in a couple of hours, I was so pleased with his work that I hired him to install a gas line for my gas stove, he arranged for the permit to be processed and for the inspection to be done.

Called yesterday to schedule an appointment. Was told availability would be between 11 and 3. Took my day off to wait around for this crew. Received a call later in the day Advising they would be late. Received another call advising they were still coming and their last appointment was 10 minutes away from my home. Got a call from the technician telling me he was actually 30 to 45 minutes out. Canceled as I had to leave after waiting here all day.

General Manager Amy called to tell me the sob story of being short staffed etc. Which doesn't take into account misinformation. I get it but I didn't force them to take my appointment.

I was still frustrated but didnt lash out too much until the general manager proceeded to tell me there are more important things to worry about like those dead kids in that town.

Are you serious? That's what you teach your staff to say to rationalize poor business practices?

Stay away from this business like the plague.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

I don't know how the hell this unprofessional company even gets good reviews from anyone. So apparently the apartment complex my wife and daughter lives in hired these people to do maintenance on the pipes that are connected with another apartment. When they went to work on the pipes in the other place they put a snake through the pipe and busted the pipe under the kitchen sink which caused the cabinet under the sink to flood with dirty water that seeped on to the carpet, under the stove, and under the dishwasher. The maintenance man was called and did his best with cleaning up the mess that was made and called up the plumbing company responsible for busting our pipe to which they responded by saying they wasn't responsible in a rude manner and hung up on the maintenance man. If this is the kind service that is given to customers of this company, then who are people blowing to stay in business? Seriously! You people should be ashamed of yourselves to even call yourselves professionals and not take responsibility for busting our pipes and coming back to fix ours. This company needs to be out if business and if this is a family owned company and then you all need to either be homeless or get in another line work.

Eddie is a scam artist don't use him . Called Eddie gave me price of 100 dollars to come to the house I said ok . He came to the house and was done in two and a half hours emailed me a bill of 1255.00 of work I did not ask him to do. Horrible customer service and a total rip off . If I could give no stars I would .

Our Roto-Rooter service technician, David, was exceptional. He arrived early, was very professional, polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed our plumbing problem. I would happily call Roto-Rooter again the next time we have an issue with our plumbing!

no show after starting job and does not answer calls or keep appointments. leaves jobs unfinished. Not professional at all. do not use. sent to my house by AHS home services. did nothing but pour chemicals down my sink. truck was not equipped with tools to get the job done . made an appointment to send another truck and have not heard from them since and when i called for 2 weeks all i got was answering machine. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We are very pleased with the work of Plumbing Giant and the plumber they sent to our home. He was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable in his approach. After inspecting our drain clearing issue, he was able to provide a solution quickly using only the equipment and spare part we needed.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
