Not a fan. Quoted me $900 to install a basic RO water system. The system itself cost me $350. Never explained the rationale behind the quote either. Didn’t think he was too interested in getting the business.

Benjamin and his team did an incredible job. We needed the polybutylene plumbing replaced in a house we just bought and Benjamin and his team were able to get it knocked in half the time their competitors quoted me and for less cost. Since we have an infant they also stayed late to make sure the job was complete and everything was working properly. Rosanna is also fantastic - she was always very friendly and gave very quick and accurate responses to any questions I had. Will absolutely use them for anything plumbing or electric related in the future.

Very timely response. John Gehringer did a great job of unclogging the bathtub drain as well as checking sinks and toilets to verify whether a single or multiple source issue. He was very polite and explained the equipment he used. This was my first time using Rooter & Sons and was able to schedule quickly. I will be calling on them for any future plumbing needs and readily recommend them.

We had an emergency plumbing issue in our home, and we reached out to Plumbing Giant for help. We were very happy with the service that they provided - the plumber arrived early and was friendly, informative and competent. He was able to quickly assess the problem, which was a clogged drain, and he had the necessary equipment and spare parts.

Property Manager. Several projects not completed. Ones that were completed were not completed correctly and another -plumbing company was called out to correctly fix the problem. When questions the owner talked down to office staff and maintenance. He was correct we were not licensed plumbers however it doesn't take a licensed plumber to see water running down the street and flying in the air.

I would 10 out 10 recommend Mr.Eddie. he's such a kind soul, hardworking, dedicated and very professional. He helped us with out leak. I would definitely recommend him anyday and thank you so much again.

I will make this short and sweet. They did complete the work, but I am not happy that the four hour they window they gave me was completely ignored, and I had to follow up two times before someone finally showed up about two hours after the close of the original window. And that person assured me, they would not need to remove the contents of my vanity drawer, because there should not be any mess coming out of my drain. As it turns out, a lot of sewage gunk ended up on my personal items, so I had to sanitize, and or throw away most of them. I found those two things to be extremely unprofessional. Will not use them again, unless I’m desperate.

Alan was wonderful! He replaced 11 doorknobs in our 100 year old home which was going to be a challenge, but he took on the task with ease ! He was so friendly and personable and just a pleasant person to be around. I already have another list of things for him to come back and work on another day!

North Raleigh Plumbing installed a water heater for us on September 2022. The water heater is still under warranty for labor and parts, but when we called them to fix it, they said they did not have time to take this job. Absolutely the worst customer service and unprofessional attitude. BEWARE, they will not stand by their installation.

I ask for a quote on installing a water softener they told me they charge 1100 to 1500 dollars on an install that would take an hour. Normally I pay 400 to 500 dollars for this install. Be careful using this company
